Is The Great Indian Kapil Show closing?

Guys, today's topic is not going to be any content review or any update regarding. Rather, in today's topic, we are going to talk about one of the best comedy shows in India, The Great Indian Kapil Show, and how it is currently going through a complete downfall.

Remember when "The Great Indian Laughter Challenge" brought lots of funny people into the spotlight? People loved them! Then Kapil Sharma came along with his show, and it became a huge hit.

Due to this, many actors came forward whose amazing comedy made us laugh and tickle a lot, and the Kapil Sharma show left its mark in almost every house, especially in India. Then the show closed, and people started waiting.

This time, Kapil Sharma came up with something new, and he decided to bring his show to Netflix. I guess this was his first mistake. His audience is the TV audience, which watches channels on cable. Now, the majority of them don't even use Netflix.

So the first mistake that Kapil Sharma made was that he did not recognize his audience; rather, he moved to a new place.

The second mistake made by Kapil Sharma was that he pasted the same format on OTT that he was showing on TV. I mean, there is a lot of difference between an OTT audience and a TV audience, and I guess Kapil Sharma could not recognize this difference.

Third mistake: Everyone should level up their content with time because, in the end, Level Sabke Niklenge

Kapil Sharma could not raise his level; in fact, he has lowered his level. I mean the same ordinary comedy with which even the TV audience has become bored, and this thing was never going to work on OTT.

This time there was so much excitement for The Great Indian Kapil Show because Sunil Grover was making his comeback in the show, but to be very honest, he was the one who disappointed the most. I mean, that thing—that charm—was not seen anywhere in Sunil Grover, for which the audience was very excited.

Yes, the last two episodes have turned out quite well. There was no, of course, laughter in the episode with Aamir Khan, but the type of things he was sharing were quite nice to listen to.

I also liked the episode featuring Sunny Deol that came recently, where the comedy was applied very well in some scenes.

There is no doubt that Netflix has done very well with the packaging of its content, or rather, its product. However, at the end of the day, it's the content itself that matters the most.

If you wrap your product in a cloth and give it away, then yes, it will do some work, but if you wrap a bad product in good packaging and sell it, then it will never be able to help you recover, which I guess is the case with The Great Indian Kapil Show.

There is no strength in comedy; it is not what we expect from Kapil Sharma's show.

Apart from this, the presence of Archana's character in the show also takes the show towards its downfall; I mean, her meaningless laughter nowadays completely irritates the audience.

It would have been good if we got to see Sidhu Paaji on the show this time. I mean, the type of shayari he does and the type of grace with which he interacts with the audience are quite good. Yes, there are political issues. Well, that is a different thing, but Sidhu Paaji's appearance in the show creates an atmosphere; you cannot deny this at all.

When Kapil Sharma's show used to come on TV, there used to be an interaction section with the audience. That section used to create very natural humor in a very good way, which has completely disappeared this time. I guess that thing should have been here.

Overall, the Great Indian Kapil show is a complete flop, which Netflix is not ready to accept, even though they are saying to bring season 2, but the real thing is that the very high budget or low TRP is the main reason to close this show.
