Joss Cam and Trina's connection might be forever changed

Josslyn Jax ( Eden McCoy) is front and center on General Hospital regarding the situation with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and her love life. Joss knows Trina cares for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chaves) and was unable to tell Rory Cabrera ( Michael Blake Cruze) that she reciprocated his love before he was killed by the hook. Trina, however, has no idea what her best friend has been up to lately. Joss is hot after Dex Heller (Evan Hoffler), and when the sordid details come out the relationship between the two young women might be strained.

Trina knows Dex and Joss went dumpster diving and that they have a connection but there are things she is not aware of. Joss kissed Dex and if Sonny Corinthos ( Maurice Benard) had not knocked on the door the two may have slept together. Joss found Dex when he was shot and with the help of her mother Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) nursed him back to health. Josslyn was about to tell Cameron Webber (Will Lipton) that she no longer feels the same way about him before Rory died and Trina is oblivious to all of it.

Exit Rory and Cameron and enter Spencer and Dex

Spoilers say Carly will try to convince Joss to leave Port Charles out of fear that her life is in danger but Ms. Jacks is not going anywhere. She wants to comfort her bestie who is grieving Rory and she is drawn to Dex in a way she never was to Cam. While she has told Trina she will be there for her Josslyn is shouldering her own burdens alone. As Trina grows closer to Spencer while they are searching for Rory's killer the friends might find they no longer have the same things in common.

General Hospital fans have been enjoying the teen dynamic ever since Joss was dating Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) and he passed away. Perhaps the writers will have Josslyn tell her friend she can relate to the death of Rory because she once grieved Oscar. On Friday, Cameron and Spencer were perplexed as Joss blew Cam off to go to Trina and Spencer asked "What was that?"

The friends might part ways

The look on Cam's face brought to mind the song by the Temptations "I'm losing you." Cameron can feel Joss slipping away and there is nothing he can do about it. The bond between Trina, Joss, and Cameron was a strong friendship but now they all might go their separate ways. Trina will be stunned that so much has been going on right in front of her but it may take a while for her to get there.

Right now she is hurting because Rory is gone and guilty that she was not able to say "I love you" to him before he passed away. Spencer and Trina will soon work together to try to identify the hook killer and bring them to justice. Whatever happens, Trina will at some point be in disbelief at all that Joss has kept from her and things may never be the same.

These young ladies are growing older and possibly apart because of the men who have captured their hearts. General Hospital spoilers tease that a lot of drama is coming to Port Charles where the teens are concerned so stay tuned. Spoilers tease that some exciting episodes are coming up and that Trina and Joss might have to rethink their friendship. There is always the chance that the teens will weather upcoming storms and remain, good friends, but for the sake of drama it probably won't happen.
