The truth is about to come to light

Nelle Hayes keeps showing up like a bad penny and escapes every calamity like a cat with 9 lives. Wednesday on General Hospital, Carly hesitated when Nelle fell over a cliff and screamed for help. She finally went over and grabbed her hand but Nelle slipped away. Social media indicates that no one thinks the bad girl is dead. If she does turn up, Carly’s good deed will not go unpunished. Nelle would more than likely say her stepsister pushed her. There is a slim chance that Nelle’s body won’t be found and she will be presumed dead. This would mean that she is out there somewhere and could return at any given time.

There is even a remote possibility that her remains will be found and she will legally be declared deceased. One thing that is certain is that this storyline needs closure. Some General Hospital viewers thought that Julian would shoot his wife then lie that he was trying to save Wiley. Marcus Taggert interfered and the new Mrs. Jerpme escaped. Brook Lynn risked damaging her vocal cords to let her cousin know that Nelle had a tracker on Wiley. Michael located her at the cabin where he overpowered his baby mama and saved Wiley. Carly showed up with Jax and went after Nelle and they fought. Ms. Hayes slugged her baby’s grandmother then ran off. Just a few moments later a shrill scream was heard. Carly

The bigger issue is that Nelle is wearing around her neck the same pendant that Nina has. It's interesting that neither Carly nor Michael saw it during their encounters with Ms. Hayes. Someone could recognize the necklace around her dead body but that would create additional trauma for Nina. If Nelle escapes and leaves Port Charles this would continue the storyline and viewers desire closure. Soap Dirt reveals that Nina is about to come closer to the truth so that would seem to indicate that Nelle survives. What will that mean however for Julian who betrayed her by trying to shoot her.

Nelle could have Julian arrested and thrown under the jail with all that she knows. There are so many loose ends to this storyline there is no telling when they all will be wrapped up. Nelle will have to account for stabbing Brooke Lynn and there is just no way out of this one. She slashed Ned's daughter in the throat and there is no defense for this despicable act. Spoilers are suggesting that Carly and Jax might somehow work together and keep the secret that Nelle is Nina's daughter. They could see the necklace and remove it in an attempt to spare Nina from the awful truth of who her child really is.

Not only would this be wrong, but it would possibly set up a situation where Jax and Carly bond over their secret. Sonny already seemed innerved when he heard that it was Jax who accompanied Carly to the cabin. General Hospital viewers are hoping the storyline does not go down the path of a Jax, Carly reunion yet again. This would cause a lot of drama and confusion, especially for Dev and Joss. It would also add to Sonny's burden as he is dealing with the impending death of his father. General Hospital fans have noticed that Jax and Carly are spending a lot of time together lately and realize that this is not a coincidence.

This situation is gaining momentum but viewers want it to culminate in Nelle getting what she deserves. At this point no one wants her to be Nina's daughter but that necklace around her neck says otherwise. Some fans aer holding out that somehow, some way Willow could still be the missing daughter. Be sure to be on the lookout for updates, spoilers, and breaking news related to General Hospital and the fate of nasty Nelle. Tune in each weekday afternoon to find out if this is it for the bad seed or if she will rise again to terrorize the citizens of Port Charles again.
