General Hospital: Fans say Spencer is too far gone for Trina

Viewers weighing in on the subject believe there is too much Cassadine drama and too many mixed signals for Sprina to have a romance.

Spencer has lost ground with Trina

On General Hospital Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chaves) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) once seemed like star-crossed lovers who were destined to be together. Recent events have some of their most ardent supporters saying there might be no coming back from the trainwreck that has occurred.

Spencer is all over the place lately and even asked Trina why she taped Joslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (Will Lipton). Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is saying she might be pregnant with Spencer's baby but most General Hospital viewers believe she is lying. The duo who have broken up are now living at Wyndemere and plotting against Ava Cassadine (Maura West) again.

General Hospital war is brewing

Spencer's great uncle Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is protecting Esme, and a possible heir to the family dynasty. Vic has also made veiled threats against his great nephew's maternal uncle Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) who is determined to prove Esme's guilt. Ava is going to rip into Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Columba) because he invited Spencer and Esme to move in without consulting her.

Prince Nik is trying to be supportive of his son and girlfriend while Ava believes Esme set Trina up to take the fall for the sex tape. This will cause a lot of tension at Wyndemere and a house divided against itself will surely fall. This cast of characters is poised for some serious drama and fans don't want Trina anywhere near it.

Sonny and Victor sparring, Nikolas and Ava at each other's throats, and Port Charles residents taking sides regarding whether Trina is innocent or guilty is all going to come to a head.Ironically Trina will be dealing with her own messy life if as fans believe, Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) is not her biological father. Portia holding onto this truth for over 2 decades will tear her and her daughter apart and everyone involved is going to feel some pain.

Wyndemere is about to turn into a house of horrors where everyone is at each other's throats and crazy Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is able to walk and talk and no one knows but Esme who says she is his daughter. In addition, there may be a baby on the way with the DNA of Ryan Chamberlain and the Cassadines.

If Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) knew only half of what was going on with Spencer and his family she would pack up her daughter and run for the hills. Spencer was just released from Spring Ridge and seems to have forgotten why he was incarcerated in the first place. General Hospital viewrs say Esme should have served time because she actually torched Ava's vehicle and everyone seems to have forgotten.

The evidence against Trina is flimsy and not one adult in Genoa City seems to be able to get the goods on Esme. Fans are saying that Trina should not be sucked into the wicked world of the Cassadines and that Spencer questioning her innocence should be a deal-breaker.

A growing number of those who watch General Hospital are saying they hope once Trina is vindicated they hope she will leave Spencer in her past and perhaps begin a romance with Police Officer Rory Cabrera. (Michael Kruse). Ali has made a positive impression on GH fans who say she walked into a tough role and now owns it.

Is it really too late for Trina and Spencer or is there possibly a chance for them once the dust has settled? When the truth about the sex tape as well as Esme's connection to Ryan is revealed how much damage will have been done in Port Charles?
