The Bold and the Beautiful: Grace Buckingham comes to LA

Actress Cassandra Creech will be joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful on December 10 as Grace Buckingham. Fans are wondering what to expect from this new character and why she is coming to LA at this time. Unlike Krista Allen who took over the role of Taylor Hayes, Creech will be portraying an entirely new person.

On social media, B&B fans are saying they are tired of Paris getting more air time than veterans on the show like Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), Justin Barber (Aaron D Spears, Pam Douglas (Ally Mills), and others. Some viewers are saying they hope mama Buckingham will take her daughter away from LA. These comments are not against Diamond White but the way the writers seem to be putting her in every scene at the expense of regulars on the CBS soap. Longtime fans do not understand why popular characters are put on the back burner and new ones are brought in that viewers have no history with.

Cassandra Creech facts

Creech is no stranger to daytime as she previously had had roles on two daytime dramas. On Days of Our Lives, she was Diane but there is no information about this character, not even a last name. In 1998 the actress began portraying Denise Maynard On As The World Turns. This character had a daughter by Andy Dixon that she gave up for adoption but later regained custody and left town with the child.

Cassandra is a graduate of North Carolina School of the Arts and spent a year abroad, on a scholarship, attending the British Academy of Dramatic Arts. She studied with acclaimed director Lloyd Richards and has. appeared in New York Undercover and USA's Sins of the City. Cassandra resides in New York with her husband, Jonny Bowden and she enjoys rollerblading, running, and hiking. She also has a love of music and sang in gospel choirs as a child. Creech is also a supporter of many charities for children and animals.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Grace Buckingham could be trouble

On B&B, as Grace, she will be stepping into the role of the mother of Paris Buckingham (Diamond White). Paris's sister Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) went to Paris France and her father Reece Buckingham is in jail for giving Hope Spencer's (Anika Noelle) baby to Steffy Finnegan's (Jackie Wood). Grace is a doctor just like her jailed ex-husband but it is not yet known what type of relationship she has with her daughter.

Some spoilers have teased that she will tell her Paris to stay away from Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) but this has not yet been confirmed. She may also have something to say about Zende Forrester (Delon Metz) and his relationship with her daughter. While Zoe and her sister were working together at Forrester Creations neither one said anything about their mom so viewers do not know the back story of this new character.

Spoilers do say that Zende is going to plan the surprise visit from Grace in an attempt to please Paris but things could go horribly wrong. The mother and daughter might not have a good history or perhaps Paris believes her mom favored Zoe. It is being suggested that there are some family secrets that might come out and cause Paris some problems. Barnes fans are still hoping that some kind of way she will return to her role as Zoe but she is currently in the Fox reboot of Fantasy Island.
