Dr. Westbourne is giving her all to save Jason but there may be no one to help her in her hour of need. In addition, Carly and her bestie seem to be taking Obrecht's daughter for granted.

GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers from Soap Dirt suggest that Britt Westbourne may have inherited Huntington's disease from her father Cesar Faison. Her half-brother Peter August was tested and found out he did not have the gene for the dreaded illness. Britt was also tested in 2018 and according to her mother she was negative as well. Could this have been a false negative and if not what is really going on the the GH chief of staff?

There is no cure or any way of slowing the progression of Huntington's disease and now Dr. Westbourne is not able to see the doctor who had been treating her.If indeed this is what is going on with Obrecht's daughter it will be a shock considering Liesel has lost her son Nathan and also Franco whom she loved like a son. Perhaps the GENERAL HOSPITAL writers are only making it appear that Britt may die of the same illness that her father was diagnosed with.

Spoilers had been indicating that Jason and Britt would fall in love but if it is only until she dies this would be tragic. Britt risked her life and used all of her medical skills on Tuesday to remove the bullet from Jason but nether he nor Carly seemed very appreciative. After the surgery Carly said,"Thank God" to which Britt replied, "You're welcome. The undercurrent in her voice let viewers know that she was rattled that Jason's BFF did not personal thank her for all she had risked and done.

Britt is new to the dynamic between Jason and Carly which was getting the best of Sam for quite a while. During the past year Carly and Sam seemed to come to an understanding where Jason is concerned. At times Sonny's wife acts more like she is married to his mob enforcer and this gets under the skin of those who are not aware of how close these two really are. Britt was also thrown for a loop when at the end of Tuesday's epsiode, Jason woke from unconsciousness and as she was smiling lovingly at him, his first words were, "Where's Carly."

Britt seemed disappointed but if she does decide to hang out with Mr. Morgan, she will have to get used to Carly being first. Mrs. Corinthos is also fiercely protective and even jealous of Jason so if she believes Britt is developing feelings for her bestie she won't mind weighing in on the subject.

Meanwhile, back in Port Charles the PCPD seems to be sizing the situation up pretty well. Mac Scorpio is no fan of Jason Morgan and would love to see him behind bars but he looks at the facts. On Tuesday he told Jordan that perhaps Jason and Britt were fleeing for their lives instead of her being his hostage. Obrecht shared with the police commissioner that her daughter was concerned abotu Cyrus and had told her to leave town.

It's confirmed that the blood on the ground is Jason's blood type and Jordan is about to watch the video footage of the days events. They will see that Jason and Britt were being shot at, Brick shot the shooter and Cameron picked up the gun and shot Jason. Carly has now donned a sexy white dress and is attending the meeting of the five families. If she tries to go back to where Jason and Britt are hiding out it's possible she will be followed.

Cyrus was at the meeting and looked surprised to see Carly so things are really heating up. Earlier Renault had told Obrecht that he was concerned about his chief of staff and wanted Liesel to contact him first if she hears from her daughter. GENERAL HOSPITAL viewers will be hoping that Jason recovers and that Britt is not dying, Earlier spoilers said that she will divilge a secret to him and have suggested it is about her health crisis and why her hands shake. Be on the lookout for updates to this situation that might explain exactly what is going on with Dr. Westborne.
