Ashland declares war on the Abbotts on 'The Young and the Restless'

Ashland Locke may soon be on the warpath and in denial according to spoilers for THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. Even as you read this he may be getting the news that Kyle did a DNA test and the results say Harrison is an Abbott. The Lockeness monster is not the kind of man who likes losing and he may demand to get his own paternity test. If Tara is lying and somehow faked the results she should have known her husband would not take this lying down.

Ashland does not like to be blindsided or bested and this situation will have him on the warpath. Now that the test results are in he will not be able to simply take Harrison away from his estranged wife. He must first process what he is being told and then consider what Tara has said in the past. Mrs. Locke first hid the relationship with Kyle from her husband for 3 years. When it came to light she then insisted that her affair with Kyle was not during the window of time when she became pregnant. Ashland will recall this and think he is now being scammed.

The Lockeness monster will, however, have to come to terms with the fact that his wife lied to him one way or another. There are some viewers of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS who believe that Theo is really the baby's father but the DNA indicates Kyle because they are both Dina's grandsons. Others think Tara lied just to get out of her marriage and somehow rigged the test and Ashland is the boy's dad. Considering all the mess-ups in the past with the Abbott family and paternity, both Jack and Kyle should have ensured that the DNA results were not tampered with or gotten testing done at more than one facility.

For now, Ashland Locke will be furious and feel as if he is being tricked and cheated. His rage will explode and he will no doubt demand to see his son. Ashland is supposed to stick around Genoa City through the summer so there are a few more months of milage in this storyline. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS fans are divided regarding what they believe is really going on and only time will tell. In the meantime, the Lockness monster will show his full wrath and go after everyone in his way. He will not like being blindsided with these DNA results or being kept away from his son.

Ashland is ruthless and he will attempt to knock down any and everyone who he believes is in his path. The DNA results will give Jack and Kyle some leverage at least for now and they might put down some ground rules. The Abbotts could decide that Ashland should not immediately be cut out of his son's life as he is the only father Harrison has ever known, If, however, he gets too big for his britches and starts throwing his weight around, the Abbotts may exert their own brand of power.

Jack and Kyle could get restraining orders to keep Ashland Lock away from both Tara and Harrison as well as off of their property. Sally Spectra is the only person in Genoa City who is willing to work with this man but even she will not be able to help him in this situation. Some of those who watch THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS are saying that Theo needs to return to town and explain himself and how and why all of this began. If it turns out that Mr. Vanderway is Harrison's bio dad, he would deserve the full wrath of Ashland as well as the Abbotts. For now, viewers can only stay tuned and try to put the pieces together as each episode unfolds.
