This is interesting...

Over the past couple of months, Nigerians all over the nation have been engrossed by the Big Brother Naija phenomenon which came to an end on Sunday crowning contestant Laycon as the winner.

However, throughout the season, there were a number of interesting storylines and interesting contestants that got people talking, speculating, forming camps, and of course arguing.

One major person that got a lot of people talking this season was BBNaija contestant Ozo who had romantic feelings towards another housemate, Nengi. However, these feelings were mostly unrequited and on numerous occasions, she shunned him away and told him that she wasn’t looking for a relationship.

This storyline got a lot of people talking and as you can imagine, opinions about it were mixed. Recently, Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie took to Twitter to express his own thoughts on Ozo’s matter as well as to talk about another BBNaija contestant, Kiddwaya.

Are you ready to see what Yul said? Then let’s go!

Yul Edochie on Kiddwaya

So, it all started when a Twitter user by the name of @iamjcmichael tweeted out saying:

Kiddwaya is that type of boyfriend that you're trying to hide and he walk up to your father to introduce himself Rolling on the floor laughingRolling on the floor laughingRolling on the floor laughing #DearKiddwaya #StarGirlErica #EricaTheStandard

Actor Yul Edochie quoted that tweet and responded to it saying:

That's the attitude of a real man.

If the prolific actor had ended there, nobody would have had anything to say about this matter but no, the prolific actor continued and this is where he threw very direct shade at BBNaija Ozo.

Yul Edochie on Ozo

After tweeting the above, Yul went on to tweet out saying:

Real men don’t pester women.

Real men respect women and respect themselves too.

If she says yes you roll, if she says no a real man walks away.

No pestering.

Ahead ahead.

A real man has a lot on his mind, no be to dey think only woman.

Real men respect everyone but fear no one.

Although the actor didn’t call Ozo by name, nobody needed a soothsayer to deduce that the actor was talking about the BBNaija star.

Because Twitter is of course an open space for conversation, a number of people responded to Yul. Here are just some of the responses:

@Pamelanyamweda91 said:

@ MarylynAkinola said:

And finally @nuela_merit said:
