One could make the argument that it is the most popular, although I am sure Law & Order: Special Victims Unit would fight that assertion. 5. Ducky and the sticky fingers

Rumor has it that David McCallum, who has been a fan favorite on NCIS for many years, was caught red-handed stealing props from the set. The actor was allegedly caught by none other than Mark Harmon, who plays Agent Gibbs on the show. According to the source, Harmon walked into McCallum's dressing room and found him packing up some of the more valuable props and memorabilia. At first, McCallum tried to play it cool, but when Harmon threatened to call the police, the actor reportedly broke down in tears and confessed to everything.

The source claims that McCallum was planning to sell the stolen props online for a hefty profit. The items in question included some of Ducky's lab coats, a few pieces of medical equipment, and even some crime scene photos. When asked for comment, a spokesperson for McCallum denied the rumors and said that the actor had been "misunderstood." Nevertheless, the incident caused quite a stir on the set, and some fans are still wondering what other shenanigans their favorite stars are up to behind the scenes.

4. Frisky Business

In a shocking turn of events, it was announced today that one of NCIS's producers has been fired from the show following allegations of misconduct with several cast members. According to anonymous sources close to the production, the producer in question was accused of using his position of power to coerce cast members into participating in sexual activities against their will. These allegations have caused a major scandal on the set of the hit show, with many cast members feeling betrayed and outraged.

The identity of the producer has not been revealed at this time, and it is unclear whether any legal action will be taken against him. The producers of the show have released a statement condemning the alleged behavior, stating that they have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment or misconduct. The statement also emphasized that the safety and well-being of the cast and crew is of the utmost importance, and that steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. The firing of the producer has left many fans of the show shocked and saddened, and has raised questions about the safety of cast and crew members in the entertainment industry as a whole.

3. Gimme Some Money

Rumors have been circulating that the entire NCIS cast went on strike after their pay was cut in half to accommodate a new character. According to an alleged insider, tensions have been running high on set since the new character was introduced. The source claims that the cast was promised that the addition of a new character would not affect their pay, but when the time came to sign new contracts, the cast discovered that their pay had been slashed in half to make room in the budget for the new character's salary.

The insider alleges that the cast was furious and felt betrayed by the show's producers. According to the source, the cast members walked out of a table read and refused to return to set until their demands were met. The producers eventually relented and agreed to pay the cast their original salaries, but not before the strike caused a delay in production and created tension between the cast and crew. However, these claims have not been officially confirmed by the show's producers or cast members, and should be taken with a grain of salt.

2. Rats! You stinking rats!

There was a brief hiatus in the filming of NCIS due to an unexpected infestation of rats on the set. The incident happened during the shooting of a crucial scene, and the rodents were not only disrupting the filming process but were also posing a health hazard to the cast and crew. The production team had to take immediate action, calling in pest control to tackle the problem.

According to sources close to the production, the rat infestation was believed to have been caused by the cast and crew members who were regularly eating food on the set. This attracted the rodents to the area and made it easy for them to nest in the vicinity. The production team had to reinforce the set's food policy and make sure that all food was kept in designated areas to prevent further infestations. Thankfully, the issue was quickly resolved, and filming was able to continue after a few days' break.

1. Recreational Habits

The set of NCIS was rocked by scandal when it was revealed that actor Sean Murray, who plays special agent Timothy McGee on the show, had been caught taking drugs on set. According to an anonymous source, Murray had been struggling with addiction for some time and had been using drugs to cope with the pressure of filming. The source also claimed that Murray had been behaving erratically on set, leading to concerns for his safety and the safety of others.

The producers of NCIS took immediate action, firing Murray from the show and requiring him to undergo drug rehabilitation. Murray released a statement apologizing for his behavior and expressing his commitment to getting clean. Fans of the show were shocked by the news, with many expressing their disappointment and concern for Murray's well-being. Despite the setback, NCIS continued to be a hit with viewers and Murray was eventually able to return to the show after successfully completing his rehabilitation.

Of course these are all rumors so who knows if any of them are true, but just imagine!
