'13 Reasons Why' Season 3 #3

So read my other posts on this season before you read this one. Also as always there is a trigger and spoiler alert in affect. This may have been the least triggering season of all though.

(12th episode) Tony had planned to take Clay to Mexico but his boyfriend stopped him. Clay tried to say goodbye to Ani and she offered to be his cover story. Jessica was forced to make an apology and speech at an assembly. Serval stood up saying that they were a survivor assault. One of the members of hands off apologizes to Alex for being mean to him. Clay got arrested after the assembly. Charlie told Tyler that Monty admitted to what he did. Zach quits the football team after his injury. Jessica and Justin talked about his assault. Justin also told Jessica he would sell his body when he was living on the streets. Clay saw Ani and Bryce kiss before the home coming game. Zach also confesses to the cops and Alex about possibly being the one who killed Bryce. Chloe goes to see Zach before the homecoming game. Bryce sees them and he talks to her, she tells him about the abortion. Chloe tells him that Zach was there for her. Bryce accuses Zach stealing Chloe and hurts Zach's knee during the fight. So Zach beat Bryce up at the pier and left him for dead but didn't get in trouble because Bryce died by drowning. Tyler files a report about his assault. Monty got arrested for rapping Alex and possibly the murder of Bryce. Ani told Jessica about sleeping with Bryce saying it was the worst thing she ever done and ask Jessica what's the worse thing she ever done, probably to give her a chance to confess to Bryce's murder.

In the 13th episode Monty's dad confronts him in prison and it comes out that his dad beats him. Monty's dad wanted to know if he was gay, his dad is super homophobic. Clay temporarily has a GPS tracker on his leg. Someone that was supposed to get rid of the dealer was taken to jail. Alex's dad looked at the foot print pictures to see who could be involved. Mrs. Walker visited where Bryce died to lay flowers. Tony wants to sell the garage in case things get bad for him. Alex asked Tyler if he still had a gun claiming he didn't want Monty's guys to go after Tyler. Alex told Clay he wanted the gun for target practice. Clay suspects Ani has something to do with Bryce's death. Tony did get his car back thanks to his boyfriend. Alex threw Bryce over the pier but Ani told the cops it was Monty and since Monty didn't want people know he was hooking up with the same guy he hooked up with at the party people didn't know where he was. Charlie was Monty's cover but Ani seemed to think Charlie wouldn't look lie anymore. Another put the tape of Bryce's confession in Monty's locker. Bryce gave Jessica a tape of his confession and apology which the whole group listened to later. Monty was killed in his jail cell. Alex wrote a confession because again he was the one who through Bryce into the water. They closed the case thinking Monty did it. Alex's dad burned Alex's clothes that he was wearing the night Bryce died. Jessica spent thanksgiving with Alex and his family. Tony and his boyfriend spent thanksgiving with Clay and his family. The Jensen's promise to get Justin help for his drug problem. Clay gave his condolences to Bryce's mom. Tyler had a photography exhibit at Monte's. Zach apologized to Tyler for his hand in making his life hell. Monty's Hook up confronted Ani about lying to the cops about Monty. Guns were found in a river, Tyler's gun more than likely.

This is the end for this season but not the end of this series. There will be a fourth season I believe next year. I don't know what will go on next season. This season was out of left field. It did a great job showing the aftermath of sexual assault especially male sexual assault, I guess this is the point of this series it talks about the topics no one else will. They may not always get it right but they try. So until next season take care of yourself and those around you.
