1. Purchasing from the shop

In Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, the Thunder Stone can be bought at Delibird Presents in three major cities, Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa. It is priced in the shop at 3000 Pokedollars and is accessible once a trainer has beaten 3 Gym Leaders.

2. Collecting from different locations on the map

There are multiple spots on the map where Thunder Stone can be collected as a fixed spawn.

1). West Province Area 1

The best option is north of the West Province Area One Pokemon Center near the Open Sky Titan boss battle. Across the river are a number of windmills, some of which have staircases that spiral up to their top. One of them has a Thunder Stone at the top.

2). Levincia

Behind the Levincia building overlooking the sea. Players can find this stone in between the trees, right next to the railing.

3). Casseroya Lake

The third of the Thunder Stone locations is on one of the Casseroya Lake Islands. This can be found at the highest point of this Island, right beside a rock. When looking for this stone, head to the highest point and look for the beam of light indicating there is an item below it. The Thunder Stone can be found before arriving at the single tree at the hill peak.

3. Porto Marinada auctions

Thunder Stones can also be in an auction in Porto Marinada. Porto Marinada Auctions are unlocked after you complete Cascarrafa Gym Challenges. Of course, you need to place the winning bid to get the stone, and if you want only to buy Thunder Stones, you can always re-roll the auction store. Either wait 72 minutes or close the game and fast forward the time of your device by 72 minutes, which will reroll the market, and hope you get Thunder Stones for purchase.

4. Get Thunder Stone As a Pokédex Milestone

In Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, trainers can acquire a Thunder Stone as a Pokédex Milestone. The app made by the Biology Professor Jacq of the Naranja or Uva Academy gives trainers incentives to complete their Pokédex with Milestones. If players add 30 Pokemon to their Pokedex, they receive a Thunder Stone as a reward.
