10 Sexiest Video Games Ever Made
Move over, Leisure Suit Larry! You have nothing on the sexiest video games ever made.
Ever since video games were first invented, there were programmers who tried to make a video game that was sexy. Some, such as Custer's Revenge, went down in history as being some of the worst video games in history. Others, such as Rex Nebular and the Cosmic Gender Bender, were alright, but were just a little too campy to be sexy.
Then, there were a select few games that actually managed to make gamers drool. These games offered fan service galore, had excellent graphics, and, yes, also occasionally had a plot that would actually excite more cerebral players.
It takes a lot—and I mean, a whole lot—to be considered one of the sexiest video games ever made. These ten picks, though, are widely considered to be the most likely to make you get hot under the collar.
(Note: We are not including games that are porn for porn's sake, nor are we including Japanese Dating Sims on this list.)
Few games have had as much staying power as Second Life, and it's easy to see why. Second Life promises gamers a chance to live a life that they actually would want to live—and that includes being able to look the way you want to look.
One of the more notorious reasons why Second Life became so popular is because of the user-made avatar markets. Simply put, a lot of people decided to act out their fetishes through this game and "adults only" character mods are not out of the question.
Hell, part of the platform is a fully-dedicated adults only platform. If that alone doesn't say why it's one of the sexiest games ever made, we don't know what does.
The Witcher was one of the more sexy games because of the characters that you could play, but if you really want to see the heat kicked up a notch, you need to check out The Witcher 2. For the mainstream game market, it's pretty bawdy.
This game has very strong, and at times, overt sexual overtones. Torrid love affairs, nudity, and occasional sex scenes can all be seen in various parts of the game. Since there are multiple endings, you can also get to see characters get it on in different situations.
Heavy Rain definitely earned its right to call itself one of the sexiest video games ever made. This game is a hyper-realistic game that boasts an emotionally charged plot dealing with love, sex, and the human condition.
Though it's definitely artful in the way that it portrays sex, it's hard to ignore the fact that the sex scenes are super-realistic and heavily graphic. Oh, and did we mention that gamers get to control the positions sex is done in? Cause they do.
Truth be told, just about everything from the Assassin's Creed franchise could be added to this list without issue. But, Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag definitely takes the cake when it comes to adding some sex, sin, and debauchery to the mix.
Booze, brothels, and boobs all make a nice amount of appearances throughout the game. And the built-in fan service from the sexy character design isn't too shabby, either.
Oh, Skyrim. You have gotten into the hearts of millions of gamers around the world—and not just because it's fun to kill monsters and barter weapons. Elder Scroll V: Skyrim is an MMORPG that's got a marketplace similar to Second Life's.
The cool thing about this game is the sheer amount of eye candy it offers. There are tons of X-rated mods that you can use in the game, and even the company-generated characters are pretty sultry. This is one of the biggest reasons why gamers still play Skyrim and love it.
Lara Croft is considered to be one of the first video game vixens, even when she was literally just a pile of barely recognizable polygons. As tech improved, so did Lara's incredible looks.
The 2013 version of the original Tomb Raider is now widely recognized as one of the sexiest video games ever made due to the sheer amount of fan service crammed into its title. Epic graphics, see through shirts holding Lara Croft's braless boobs, and awesome fight scenes make it worth checking out.
The entire Dead or Alive franchise was designed to be fan service, heaped on top of even more fan service. This means that there's literally bountiful boobs and butts to be seen—as well as one or two little Easter eggs that give you a little extra.
Though the volleyball edition definitely had its perks (and perky breasts), we're going to have to pick Dead or Alive 5 to be one of the hottest games in the series.
This is one of the few non-hentai (kind of) games that's only found in Asia, and while it could pass for the bawdy Dating Sims, it's just technically clean enough to pass for a regular mainstream game in Japan.
Criminal Girls: Invitation involves you being a warden at a jail. All the female inmates are naughty, and it's your job to punish them. See where we're going? Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
Soulcalibur was a video game that truly spurred on the minds of a multitude of cosplayers thanks to their super sexy characters (as well as the weirdest gaming characters of all time). The eye candy is real, and so are the sheer number of hot girls who have brought these characters to reality.
As far as fighter games go, it's really easy to see how Soulcalibur and its ensuing franchise definitely earn fan approval as one of the better eye-candy games ever made. Soulcalibur started it all, and if you ask me, that makes it one of the sexiest video games out there.
When Grand Theft Auto first came out, it caused an uproar with concerned parents for the gratuitous violence and glorification of gang culture. Ever since then, the video game franchise had to struggle to continue to shock audiences.
In Grand Theft Auto V, players get to have sex and actually see sexy women stripping. That's right: You get into a love hotel, enjoy your hookers, and kill people. As far as "thug life" brands go, this has to be one of the sexiest video games ever made.
