Will the human race become extinct

Rapid human development accelerates human extinction

Earth

To this day, if asked the question of whether mankind will become extinct, nine out of ten people believe that it is bound to do so. From the perspective of development, nothing lasts forever. Even though the earth, and the entire universe, have their beginning, there is a beginning and there is bound to be an end. It is well known that dinosaurs, which once occupied the earth before humans, later became extinct. Whether it was the deterioration of their living environment, or the cause of the meteorite from outside the sky, in short, it was extinct. If humans had not excavated their huge fossilized bones, the world would not have known that they ever existed. The fate of mankind would have been like that of the dinosaurs, perhaps even more tragic than what happened to them.

If, 100 years ago, only a small percentage of people would have believed in the extinction of the human race at that time, let them predict that the time of human extinction would inevitably point to the distant future, at least tens of thousands of years later. And in recent decades, the human world has changed dramatically, yet the back side of a thriving world has extremely serious problems. The massive depletion of the Earth's resources, the overall deterioration of the environment, and the invention of weapons of mass destruction. The power of human beings can kill the earth, making people see the possibility of human extinction close at hand. Some people have also listed ten possibilities of human extinction, each of which is well-founded and could happen at any time. Albert Einstein once said, "I don't know what weapons will be used in World War III, but it will certainly be sticks and stones that people will use in World War IV." His statement, then, is a vision of what will happen after the extinction of mankind and the evolution of life once again.

So, today Hugh said how many thousands of years are left in the future of mankind, just a hundred years, even if the rigorous scholars do not dare to pat their chests to make a guarantee. Many people have worries, but most of them are lost in the colorful, boiling, and splendid carnival in front of them, and do not think much about it. Most people would not stop to revel if the human race were not going to become extinct tomorrow. Perhaps extinction is happening, and some people are still spending time in drunkenness.

Ruins

The human race is developing rapidly, and the signal of extinction is getting stronger and stronger. If the problems behind the development reach a critical point and explode with a bang, the human race wants to redeem itself, and there is no way back. Mankind can only wait for the referee of doom and regret. If there is a hell, everyone will be tormented by it. If a voice admonishes mankind to stop the development of industry and technology, destroy machines, bury underground deposits, destroy all traces of the present civilization, return to the farming and textile society of a thousand years ago, and keep it unchanged for future generations, it can make mankind continue forever. If someone follows that voice, he or she will certainly be ridiculed by people nowadays and will not be tolerated by this society. It is impossible to pull the switch, much less go backward, in the development of mankind.

Just like advising a person with a smoking addiction, "smoking is bad for your health", he will turn a blind eye to it, and if he won't die immediately after smoking, he will still smoke. Also like advising a foodie, "sweet and crispy, fat and strong, the life of the drug said to rot intestines," not eat will die, he still chewed soundly. Smoke and food are harmful to people accumulated to a certain extent, and the completion of the irredeemable stubborn disease kills people. With the rapid development of mankind, but also accelerating the extinction of mankind, people will still turn a blind eye, still consume a lot of the Earth's various resources and pollution of the natural environment in which mankind lives. So up to space, down to heavy springs, all suffered from human pollution damage.

With endless inventions, and the iterative application of various technologies, human civilization has never been so advanced, but the Earth's environment has never been so bad. Under prosperity, the fate of human beings is already in danger. Those with foresight began to worry about the future of humanity, and it was not feasible or possible to stop human development, so they considered passing the seeds of humanity to other planets. The recent Mars fever is precisely the kind of plan implemented by that kind of concern. Once the Earth's resources are depleted, the Earth's environment becomes uninhabitable, or a devastating war breaks out, and a small number of people have emigrated to Mars, or other newly discovered habitable planets, most of the people left on Earth will certainly be abandoned, cowering in the ruins of their survival, and eventually perish in despair.

After the disappearance of humans from the Earth, the Earth will recover to its former healthy state after hundreds of millions of years of self-healing, evolving new species, and forming a kind of exosphere. If humans who migrated to other planets still have a conscience, they will certainly not bring their children and grandchildren back to the earth.
