The Armeror is an experienced Mandalorian, although what type of experience she has endured is up for speculation.

I will go into FULL Tale mode, as there are already overused speculation posts about the Armeror being Rook Kast, Ursa Wren, and even Bo Katan herself..

TALE:

Rook Kast

Rook Kast was born on Mandalore and her clan have been secretly welding Beskar for House Vizsla while most of the Mandalorian people embrace peace and art instead of war and battle. Kast became a notable metal smith and an expert at Mandalorian ballistics.

Death Watch army would be supplied Beskar from Concordia's mining factory

She would be tasked to assist building up the Death Watch army on Concordia during the brewing tension between Death Watch and New Mandalore.

When Satine Kryze came to Concordia, Pre Vizsla would task Rook in hiding Beskar weaponry as it was always a possibility that she would come with a search party.

Rook would remain loyal to Death Watch even after Pre Vizsla's death, siding with the successor, Lord Maul. She would break Maul out of prison on Stygeon Prime, rescue him from Dathomir, and defend Mandalore from the Republic.

Jesse being interrogated by Maul

Kast would be the one to capture Clone Trooper Jesse and watch his interrogation. Kast would be interested in capturing more clones as the heald vital information for their side of battle.

Clone she rescued was in a 332nd Clone Trooper

Kast grew curious of the Clones and would help heal a Clone Trooper injured in the Siege of Mandalore, attempting to learn more about the Republic forces that now overstayed their welcome on Mandalore, and became the Empire. The Clone Trooper was decommissioned by the Empire, and felt his purpose was with Mandalore, as he informed he was a clone of a man whom he never met, and was determined in learning more about the past of Jango Fett's elusive past..

The Slave I was in Hondo Ohnaka's possession

The two would hunt down Jango Fett's ship, the Slave I, and steal it from Hondo Ohnaka.

Rook would remain loyal to Maul even though he turned his back on Death Watch.

She sought to hunt him down and bring the Darksaber back to Mandalore.

She would hunt down Maul's associate, Dryden Vos on Ankhural, offering to trade the notorious Slave I for information about Maul's whereabouts.

In legends I always loved Fett's conflict with his imposters

However, Bounty Hunter Boba Fett came looking for his ship, and took the ship, breaking the deal with Dryden Vos.

Rook would remain on Ankhural, attempting to rebuild the might of Death Watch, after Gar Saxon took control of the last remnant of Mandalorians and pledged the planets forces to the Empire entirely. Rook and the Clone Trooper had a son, named Jodo Kast, who grew obsessed with returning to Mandalore and joining the Imperial Academy.

Jodo would join the Imperial Academy and quickly moved up the ranks.

Jodo would inform Saxon of his mothers Mandalorian Tribes location on Ankhural, where Saxon's Supercommandos raided and even killed Rook's Clone Comrade, Spar.

one of the youngest members of the Imperial Super-commandos

This would grant favor to young Jodo, who would become an Imperial Supercommando, serving Rook's enemy, Gar Saxon.

Kast would likely join Bo Katan's resistance on Mandalore despite previous differences after Gar Saxon's death. She would bring her Tribe with her, claiming to want to overthrow the Imperials.

Nevarro base

The Armeror would move the Death Watch Remnants to Nevarro, hiding in the sewers during the Imperial War with the Mandalorian resistance that resulted in The Great Purge.
