The world of anime films and series parallels its real counterpart in many things, such as the topics and ideas presented, in addition to the length of the series and the possibility of displaying it in the form of many parts as well. If you are a fan of the wide world of anime, you must have heard about the famous series Attack on Titan, which has been shown since 2013 and is still continuing in the show, but it has reached its last episodes, announcing the end of the story of the giants this year.

As usual, there are works that make a big media buzz, regardless of the reasons, and the series “Attack of the Giants” is one of them. No one can deny the uproar that it has caused over those years and recently during this year, so here comes the most important question: does the anime series deserve this great echo among followers and viewers? Follow along with us in this article to find out the answer.

First get to know the series Attack on Titan

Before talking about any opinion, it is necessary to mention some identifying information about this series, as perhaps I am not a follower of it and you do not know its story in the first place. This series tells a famous Japanese story known as (Shingeki no Kyojin), which tells interesting events about giant creatures called giants living behind the wall that separates them from humans, and what is bad is that these creatures love to eat humans and attack them from behind the wall and wreak havoc and terror among them, Therefore, events abound and stories follow throughout all parts.

In the midst of these events, the story of the boy Eren, a resident of the village next to the wall, who repeatedly dreamed of seeing the outer world of giants, but did not imagine that this world would affect his life badly, provoking his instinct for revenge, as a result of the death of his mother at the hands of a huge giant that appears Suddenly, Eren chooses to join a legion whose mission is to attack and eliminate giants.

Is the series Attack on Titan worth watching yet?

From the point of view of many followers and fans of horror and suspense films, the attack of the giants is a work that deserves to be watched and followed since its inception, and despite its multiple parts, it still maintains the style of the thriller. Him throughout the other parts and you are in a good mood for you.

In addition, none of the followers can deny the dramatic plot of this work, which appeared through the stories presented throughout the parts in a smooth and interesting manner, so that it does not spread boredom and boredom in the same scenes and makes it in a state of constant tension to follow. Also, the series of Attack on Titan has another positive aspect, which is the animation in it, which shows the ingenuity of the artwork in portraying the cartoon characters to make it closer to the real one, making you as a viewer enjoy what you see as if it is not fictional.

In order to be fair, it is necessary to mention the viewpoint of the other party, which states that this anime series is not worthy of follow-up as a result of its reliance on violence, killing and destruction. Violence and murder, whether in real or cartoon dramas, and this group consider it a danger to young children and those who suffer from psychological disorders and problems for the same previous reasons, so in their opinion, it is not worth watching.

What next?... Is the story of the giants over?

Curiosity is supposed to accompany you as a follower of the attack on the giants in its various parts with the issue of the end date, for the end of the events of the last part of the series that was announced recently, as it is known that events are taken from the movie version, i.e. the movie Attack on Titan, which ended in 2021, and by comparing them we will see that The series, which is still currently being shown, is nearing completion, and it is expected that this will happen in April of this year.

But for those who are wondering about the idea of continuing and completing the story of the series with new events, of course it is an idea that came from the makers of the series in the future, but there is nothing on the ground so far, and therefore the adventures with the giants are nearing their end.

What about Attack on Titan from the point of view of critics?

We cannot miss the point of view of critics and specialists in the field of drama, especially in the field of animation or anime series. According to them, the series Attack on Titan is worth following and is considered a work of a very good level. This is what made it win a good number of awards and honors. Since its inception, in both 2013 and 2014, the first season of the series won the National Anime Award, and the fourth season also received Crunchyroll's Anime of the Year award.

On the other hand, in the Internet world, the series Attack on Titan ranked second and third as the best serial work following the anime in the most popular database (MyAnimeList), for both the second part of this last season and its counterpart from the third season, and in general and based on the statistics of this On the platform, all parts of the series have good follow-up rates of at least 8.5 out of 10.

Finally, and from my personal view of this topic, in order to judge any work of art, not just the series of Attack on Titan, whether it is worth watching or not, you must first follow its story and understand its content well before you cast any prejudgment on it, and secondly, it is necessary that you respect all categories viewers. If you do not like horror works, on the other hand, there are those who love them and consider them the most beautiful according to his opinion, so it is better to respect all opinions and points of view and accept them away from their content to advance an artistic community forward.
