On duality.

Here and there. Nowhere and everywhere. Yin & yang. Good and bad. Light and dark. Virtuous and evil. Sadness and happiness. Lack and abundance. Fun and boredom. One mind. Different wirings within. A void. Abyss. As if you vanished into the ether. But there you live again. Astral projection into the cosmos. Creation. Destruction. Imagination. A whole new world. One made of infinite possibilities. Shapes. Colours. Rainbows and unicorns. Worries fading away. Transcendence. Yin. Finding yourself without ever being within yourself. Silence. Stillness. Inner peace. Breaking through all thoughts and illusions. Satori. Enlightenment.

Dualities of life.

Being or becoming? Am I or am I becoming? I become by being. Being allows me to become. Becoming allows me to be. Who or what? I will never know until I fully become but for that I must keep on becoming.

More dualities.

Separation is an illusion. One created to distract from the truth. What truth? Lies. Here, another duality. Reality. Illusion. It never ends. Or does it?

Duality is an illusion. One made to separate. Us. From them. Us from ourselves. Us from the one within. Which one?

Questions. Answers. Barely any. Frustration. Will I ever know? Yes, no, maybe. Keep asking. Keep going. Going where exactly?

It’s not about the destination. It’s about the journey. But what if the journey never ends? What if it’s an endless road. Endless spirals. Coming back to the same point over and over again. Elevated this time. Higher. And again. Another spiral. The journey starts again. From another point. Higher. Another awakening. Another dark night. Another enlightenment. Does it ever end.

I am tired.

I am exhausted.

I want to see the end of it.

Babe, there is no end. You gotta keep going. Until you realise that there is no end and no beginning. That is just another duality. Another separation.

We are never born. We can never die. We do not exist, yet our existence seems to be very real. Separation. Emotions. Feelings. Problems. Separation. And again, and again, and again.

It is only once we realize that we make one with everything within and without that we are able to live in a peaceful state.

Peace. War. Duality. Separation. Again.

How do you make it one? When there is a clear distinction between both?

How can you see that good is also evil and that darkness is also light?

Have you lost your mind?

If losing my mind means breaking through this illusion, then let me lose it. Let me be crazy. Let me think differently. Let me feel differently. Let me live differently.

Duality puts you in a box. It puts you in a prison. It strips you from your true essence: making with it all.

It is only by removing duality from our minds and hearts that we can become all of it. Strip yourself from it she said.

You are one.

Am I?

Yes, you are.

What about the darkness?

You are that too and it’s okay. Because the darkness is not good or bad. The darkness is just it. Welcome it as it. Embrace it. Give it love. Shine your light through it and light it will become.

Transmute. All things are transmutable. Because all things are one. Duality makes you think that it is set in stone. But it isn’t.

Your perception. It’s lying to you. Change it. It is only once you start looking at it a whole that you become whole.

We endlessly talk about being one with the universe but if we continue to see the duality, one becomes an illusion and separation a reality.

It’s the other way around.

Separation is an illusion. Being one is the reality.
