Ever since I began using affirmations on a daily basis, I saw many things in my life begin to shift and change. Not only have I been able to manifest much of what I've longed for in life by using affirmations, I've also been able to get rid of things that were in my life that no longer served a good purpose for me. I strongly believe that everyone should use affirmations- whether it be to manifest something, build confidence or ease anxieties.
