Will 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' Explain This 'A New Hope' Inconsistency?
The premiere of Obi-Wan Kenobi is fast approaching. Starring Ewan McGregor in possibly his final return to the titular role, this limited series is set to tell an epic tale between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. Starting off with the famous Jedi Master on Tatooine, a sudden change in the status quo will cause Obi-Wan to have to leave the planet and temporarily abandon his role of protecting Luke Skywalker, all the while being hunted by Jedi hunters sent by Obi-Wan's fallen apprentice Darth Vader. The chase will culminate in another meeting between Obi-Wan and Vader, which may serve to explain how the aging Jedi ultimately loses any remaining hope of turning his old friend away from the dark side. Needless to say, the hype surrounding this series is immense, as it will be changing the context of the original trilogy and fully bridging the gap between it and the prequel trilogy. Plus with the show giving us another duel between the former pair of friends, it presents an opportunity for Star Wars to finally correct an inconsistency that has still yet to be explained onscreen.

If there is one Star Wars character that is well-liked by everyone as since they were first introduced, it is Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan learner Ahsoka Tano. Okay, that is not true at all, but her character had developed a great deal throughout The Clone Wars animated series. She eventually became one of the most popular characters not portrayed in the movies. As she grew and matured, it became more interesting to see her trials and tribulations during arguably the worst time in the history of the galaxy. Such was her eventual popularity that when it came time to create more Star Wars content, she was a natural choice for her own series on top of her appearances in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. However, her appearances in The Clone Wars series brought up some questions for fans, namely, "What was she doing during the events of the original trilogy?"
Culture SlatePublished 2 years ago in FuturismAn analysis of Mieruko-Chan
‘Mieruko-Chan’ is originally a manga, created by Izumi Tomoki. It was adapted into an anime by Studio Passione in 2021. The show is about Miko Yotsuya, a girl who can see spirits who haven’t yet passed over. This anime is described as being a horror comedy and that is accurate. The way the ghosts are animated is horrifying. The first ghost that is introduced is an overweight man, who seems to have had his stomach cut open, which exposes his rib cage, organs, and two severed heads. I am someone who loves horror, but it takes a lot to scare me. I can honestly say, the animation excelled at creeping me out.

Mara Jade started her career as the Emperor's Hand, a force-sensitive woman sworn to do the clandestine bidding of Emperor Palpatine, neutralizing Palpatine's enemies both inside and outside the Empire.

Her head is separated by some 140 miles from her body, which rests in Rome – the Eternal City – in the Basilica of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva.
McGregor And Christensen Reveal How They Each Coped With Prequel's Backlash
The prequels are many things - a brave breakthrough from the original trilogy, an ambitious expansion of the marveling Star Wars universe, and (more recently) a source of hilarious memes. While the prequel trilogy has aged into the favorites of many fans, as seen from the welcoming anticipation towards the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi show, they were not quite well-received at their time of release, resulting in actors Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen receiving a lot of negativity and hate.

After about 17 years, Hayden Christiansen returns to portray the role of Darth Vader in Obi-Wan Kenobi, having last worn the suit in 2005’s Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. With the rematch of the century due on May 25 and beyond, one name still appears to be missing. The name of an iconic voice that helped define the face of evil for a generation. He is the one man everyone associates with when they hear the name Darth Vader. That’s right, where is James Earl Jones? Is he even in this show at all?
