It's not that you don't like pleasing your partner. The real problem is that blow jobs are exhausting. I don't remember ever eating a meal for more than 10 minutes. So yeah, it is a lot of work.

Plus, it is also painful. The use of your neck, throat, hand, all while being on your knees. It is a lot. The way you choose to give a blow job can even make it more difficult on your mouth. Plus, some women don't like the feeling of their partner physically dominating them. Why? Past trauma.

Deep throating intensifies the experience. Don't let Cardi B fool you. It's not that easy. She has years of practice from her stripper days. It took me a great deal of practice, patience, and determination to improve.

My first deep-throating experience was awkward. It took a while for me to stop gagging. The guy was patient and gave good feedback. Now, I have a method to deep-throat without pain, puking, or gagging.

As I said, deep-throating is next-level intense. Some people never get good at it and avoid it. Please be understanding. Some people have medical issues, and others don't like the deeming feeling of the act.

If you're okay with swallowing your pride, plus down to try improving your orals, here are some tips and tricks.

1. Lower your gag reflex sensitivity

Reduce your gag reflex trigger. There are several ways to do this by yourself. Don't rush the process. It takes time. My gag reflex was very sensitive, but over time I learned to control my throat. I started with my toothbrush and worked my way up to a dildo. You can use your finger as well. A vibrating dildo speeds up the learning process.

When I started, I would hurl when I placed my toothbrush far back into my mouth. For your toothbrush or dildo practice, put it on the back of your tongue. Then wait for the hurling feeling. When the sensation to throw up gets less in a spot, go further back with your toothbrush.

Try to control the reflex. Some of it is a mental reaction to the new sensation. If you feel like it is too much to handle, pull the toothbrush out. Clam down and try again. Keep going until your get used to the feeling.

If you often gag when a pressure point in your throat gets hit, practice on this area with your toy or brush. This tip seems weird. But it works. If the process isn't working fast enough, try this trick. Use your thumb and index finger to press hard in-between your thumb and index finger of your other hand. Hold down the area for a few seconds. This trick should help you gain greater control of your throat.

Consistent practice makes for better performance.

2. Breathing tip

Some of the puking sensations are mental. So, it is crucial to remain calm. Deep, slow breathing helps to keep you relaxed. Breathe through your nose and try to relax. Focus on your breathing instead of what's happening with your mouth. This focusing technique tends to work well for me.

If you need more time to catch your breath, switch to hand or licking. Then go back to deep throating. This method helps you and your partner enjoy the pleasurable activity.

3. Positions make a difference

Your form has an impact on your experience. Much like penetration sex, some oral positions feel deeper in comparison to others.

Laying on your back with your head hanging off the bed as they do in porn does help. This arrangement makes it easier for the man to dip in and out of your throat. But this position is not for beginners because you are not in control. Establish a level of trust with your sex partner first.

Choose an arrangement where you are in control until you get more comfortable. Being in charge of the deep throating process allows you to stop and remove yourself from the situation if it feels too intense.

Here are some position ideas. Have your partner sit on a chair or the edge of the bed. Kneel in-between their legs and enjoy controlling how much penis you take. The chair pose also restricts the thrusting of your partner. So you don't feel too pressured the first few times. The 69 is also another great position for beginners.
