Wisdom Under the Ancient Tree

There was a time in the village, a place where green hills surrounded it, a gentleman of a ripe age who was also known for being wise. Each day he became the light under the big old tree and drove the crazy tribe to gather his teachings.

One day, he began with a simple sentence: "Honor life and live well. " This phrase was a source of great inspiration for the villagers, making them realize that each day is a gift and should be lived to the fullest.

Additionally, the teacher pointed to the mind and preached that being mindful should be one's primary concern. "Don’t allow alien thoughts to chain your brains," he bequeathed. He told them to not allow material things to be the focus of their thinking.

Next, he discourses on relations within a family. "You shouldn’t let money overcome your bond with the family," he said sharply. The villagers nodded in agreement, and they realized that love and connection should be the first ones.

As time passed by, the elder’s wisdom was exposed in a deeper way. He stated, "You should clarify that those of your parents are your Buddha to yourself," which indicated that attention should be paid to elders. "You should raise your children well because they are your hope."

The villagers had come to discover that friendship and bonding were some of the greatest treasures. "Stay friends with people since fireworks can keep your stomach happy," said the elder, who represents happiness through togetherness.

Their hearts were touched by his words and they became more determined. "The only moment is the moment now, which is known as 'zen'," the elder told them, so as to find serenity in simplicity. He persuaded them that even life its bright colors and darkness, it has to be lived with all possible advantages for one's soul.

"Do not be concerned about small things," he said, trying to soothe my worries. He says again, "And do not mind about the money," with a feeling that you should focus on what is really essential. "Don’t hide under the greed, "he warned, issuing a reminder to the rank of the money.

Finally, the elder finished his lessons, and the villagers felt wise. While most of them were new to this path, his words resonated compellingly with them, encouraging them to meditate in order to achieve contentment and mindfulness.
