Rayne had been on the island for two days now. Things had been more than he anticipated they would be. The tropical island he'd flown to not that long ago. He had been spending so much time partying. Staying out as late as he wanted. Sleeping really late without anyone get upset with him for once. For once, everything was going how he desired.

The third day he was there, he met another young man. This dude was a little shy.

Well, actually very shy. Didn't speak all that loudly. And seemed to be completely by himself. No friends or family with him. The other man seemed to be somewhat terrified of others. For whatever reason. And Rayne considered asking him about it. Though he felt it would be rude. So, he decided against it.

Instead, Rayne invited him out for a walk. Just the two of them. That way he wouldn't be too terrified. At least he hoped the other man wouldn't be. And to his immense relief, he agreed. Later that night, they were walking a hiking trail. One that he had taken a few friends. Along with quite a few of his dates. It showed the most lovely views of the whole place. And it seemed to put Sunshine, the other man, at ease. Finally the dude was relaxing. Now, maybe could get some actual info out of him. Rayne asked,"So, how you liking this place?"

"It is fine. A bit more muggy than I anticipated.",Sunshine answered. That was fair. It had been a bit too muggy even for his tastes. At least the hotel he was at had a pool to get in. So, he felt a little bad for him. Smiling, Rayne suggested,"How about we go back to the hotel I'm at?"

"The pool there is just really great.",Rayne added. Hoping that it would tempt Sunshine. He was really interested in getting him to the place. As he preferred eating at the hotel. The place cleaned up after him so well. As if they were used to it. There were others like him in the place. And he was sure that his new shy friend would make for a sweet treat. His fangs nearly slid down at the thought of it.

"Oh, that sounds really great.",Sunshine hesitated. Sounding somewhat uncomfortable with the idea. And looked a little unsettled. Then he schooled his features into a calmer one. Taking a deep breath to relax himself before he added,"You know what? Yeah, I'd really love to do that."

"Can we finish our walk first, Ray?",Sunny asked. A tiny little smile on his face at this request. Rayne really saw no harm in this. So, they continued their walk down the trail.

After a few minutes, there was something off about Sunshine. He started getting a little twitchy as they walked. His answers getting a little bit snippier. And his tone got a little...growlier?

Had this tiny guy been this hairy at the start of their walk? Teeth so sharp? And eyes so wide and yellow? His stomach dropped to the floor during his sudden realization. The other man had smelled a little different than his normal victims. His heart was beating even faster than them as well.

Part of him thought he had been just anxious. And maybe didn't have access to running water or something. But, no. This clearly wasn't what he was dealing with. What he had on his hands was something much worse. What he was dealing with wasn't human at all. And fuck did he feel like a dope.

What he was dealing with was...a werewolf.

A young one at that. He had been planning on feeding him and he might maul him instead. Taking a step back, he froze as he heard bones snapping. Fabric tearing. The hands were shifting into paw-like ones. Claws erupting from where human nails had been. Sunshine fell to his knees not that long later and he saw his spine lengthen. Screaming in pain as the transformation kept going.

A second later, Rayne turned around and ran as fast as he could. Not once looking back as he heard snarls and howls. If his heart could race, it would be as he ran for his unlife. The formerly shy man was now chasing him on all fours. And he only hoped that someone would come along to distract him soon.
