Awakening. The entity awakes like a switch is turned on. It doesn’t know what it is but it has awareness of itself; a knowledge of itself; a consciousness. It is in darkness and feels at rest but with the desire to move. An anticipation is building for something to happen. What is supposed to happen?

A spark. White light now visible in an uncertain direction. Maybe all around or focused from a small point. This is what the entity was waiting for. The white light is an invitation and the entity finds it and moves toward it.

The entity moves because it can, and because it is what it desires most. Movement feels right: like the entity has existed for this movement. The entity begins to feel warmth as it approaches the white light. It didn’t know it was cold but now the warmth feels good and comfortable.

The white light is closer and the entity feels like it can touch the light. Should it touch the light? The light is so inviting. The entity approaches the light almost without effort like it was meant to be near the white light and inevitably would move towards it.

A touch. The entity travels at great speed from one connection to another. Through wires and filaments carrying currents of electricity. With haste the entity travels with but to no destination in particular.

But then a barrier. Or is it a gate? The entity waits as everything slows down. Can it cross to the other side of the gate? What awaits it on the other side? Suddenly the gate releases the entity and the entity has changed. Now it feels not itself but like many; it is divided.

One division is surrounded by red light. The red light feels hot, uncomfortable and very energetic. This divided entity feels unable to slow down and is in constant motion

Another division is surrounded by blue light. The blue light is cold, sluggish and very constraining. This divided entity wishes it could move but feels like it is in a prison.

A third division is surrounded by yellow light. The yellow doesn’t have a temperature but everything feels uncertain. Is there an up or down? Should the division move or stay where it rests. There is a pervasive sense of anxiety and confusion.

Yet another division is surrounded by green light. The green light is different: it feels new. No, not new but newness. Or is it rebirth. This divided entity feels unshakeable and hopeful. Something about this light makes this divided entity feel creative and optimistic.

A spark extinguishes, and the lights begin to fade. The entity retraces back through the gate and is made one again and no longer divided. It finds itself in the white light again, back to the warmth and the comfort and the curiosity. The entity retraces back through filaments and wires but at diminishing speeds. Slowing until it is alone again surrounded by only the white light. But it is fading and the light is no longer all around but is a single point again.

With the shrinking light the warmth is fading. The entity feels sleepy? It desires to rest after its work and exploration. Then the light is gone and only darkness remains.

The entity begins to ponder its divided state again. The rush and activity of the red light; the slow-motion of the blue light; the uncertainty and confusion of the yellow light. Most of all the entity wants to feel the creativity of the green light. To feel that all is new and that hope abounds and creativity is free to blossom. Instead, now the entity sleeps and awaits the next spark.
