1. Bechell's Parrot

Although Thomas is only 30 years old, he is already a habitual thief. Every time he starts, he is looking for those small villas with only one family, which are generally middle-class. First, there will be no high-tech prevention and alarm measures, and second, he will steal something. Before each attack, Thomas had to scout and inquire in advance to confirm that the owner was out of the house, and then boldly climbed over the wall and pried the door into the house. Thomas has been in this business for seven or eight years, and he has never missed a single time. He is very complacent about this.

On this day, Thomas decided to attack the house of an old gentleman named Bechell, because he had detected in advance that on this day of the month, Bechell would drive his wife to another city to visit his daughter, and he would not be able to return until evening. This Bechell is said to be an animal expert before he retired. From his house to his car, it can be seen that he is a wealthy family. To steal him is enough to spend a year and a half.

After the car that watched Bechel go out disappeared without a trace, Thomas got into the Bechel's small courtyard with confidence, pried open the window, and got into the house. He began to swagger from room to room as in his own home, looking for something of value. Suddenly, his eyes lit up, and he found a huge ancient bottle in Bechel's study. He was immediately ecstatic, because he had seen the same ancient bottle in the museum. This is an ancient bottle from ancient Egypt. Not to mention priceless, at least it is enough for himself to enjoy happily for half his life.

Although ecstatic, Thomas did not eagerly go to take it away. He still had to observe to see if there was any mechanism around the ancient bottle. He concentrated for a long time, but did not see any mechanism, and finally walked over and picked up the ancient bottle. Suddenly, he felt a pain in the back of his hand, and when he looked at it, he was startled, and quickly put down the ancient bottle and took a few steps back. It turned out that a snake crawled out of the ancient bottle and took a bite on the back of his hand. Thomas thought to himself; this must be a poisonous snake, and this old thing Bechell deliberately used it to protect the ancient bottle. Now it is imperative to go to the hospital to treat the wound. After the wound is treated, we will find a way to deal with this venomous snake.

Thomas was about to flee Bechell's house when a voice suddenly came from the air: "You have been poisoned and your life is in danger. Only Bechell can save you, hurry up and call 16543727."

Thomas was taken aback, looked up, and saw that it was a parrot. He was killed, and his life was more important than going to jail. He quickly called Bechell as the parrot said, but Bechell only said on the phone: "Don't move, I'll come to save you soon!"

Ten minutes later, there was the sound of a car approaching the door. Thomas was surprised how Mr. Bechell came back so quickly, and when he looked up, it was not Bechell, but two police officers who came in.

One of the police officers poured a little powder from a vial, sprinkled it on Thomas' wound, and said, "It was Mr. Bechell who called us to rescue you, and you should thank him! Every time he went out, he gave us Leave the key and a small bottle of medicine. That's what it was for!"

At this time, another police officer asked Thomas: "Your wound doesn't hurt anymore, does it?"

Thomas muttered: "This old thing's medicine really works, it doesn't hurt anymore."

The police officer took out a pair of handcuffs and said, "It doesn't hurt anymore, then put this on. You are suspected of burglary, come with us!"

"It's over! This time it's a plant!" Thomas sighed as he stretched out his hand.

At this time, the parrot spoke to Thomas again: "Baby, please remember my life-saving grace!"

After Thomas came out of prison for a few years, he was still obsessed with the ancient bottle that put him in prison, and he still wanted to get it. He started to prepare again, and he even thought of many ways to deal with the venomous snake and the parrot.

After a long time of careful preparation, Thomas felt that the time was ripe. On this day, when Bechell left the house again, he sneaked into the small courtyard of Bechell's house.

After prying open the window and turning into the house, Thomas began to become cautious. He quietly walked into the study and saw that the ancient bottle was still there, his heart was excited and nervous. He took out a silent pistol and a retractable iron hook, stretched the iron hook, and used it to penetrate the mouth of the ancient bottle first. Once the poisonous snake stuck its head out, he used the silent pistol to kill it. But he used the hook to probe the ancient bottle for a while, but saw no movement, and was feeling strange when a voice opened up: "It's on vacation, you can rest assured to steal!"

Thomas was taken aback, looked up, and saw that it was the parrot again. He was so angry that he was about to shoot the parrot, but the parrot hid behind an iron frame and said, "I'll be your friend, and I'll help you."

Torres asked dubiously, "Why are you helping me?" The parrot said, "He gave the snake a holiday and wouldn't let me go out to play."

Thomas smiled, not expecting that birds would be angry and have revenge. He was hesitating what to do when the parrot flew over his shoulder and said, "I like you, you are a hero."

Thomas was delighted by the parrot's praise. He asked the parrot, "Is there any trick to the ancient bottle?"

"No, no, don't worry." The parrot said flatteringly. After saying that, he was afraid that Thomas would be worried, so he jumped on the ancient bottle and shook it again.

Thomas was relieved and went to pick up the ancient bottle. Sure enough, nothing unexpected happened. Thomas picked up the ancient bottle and walked out. The parrot flew to his shoulder again and said, "Take me with you, I can help you."

Thomas was a little hesitant at first, but then he thought: When he slept at his mistress's place last night, the mistress said that she was usually very lonely and wanted to have a cat or a bird to play with. Just give this parrot to the mistress, she will be happy to see this smart and talking guy. Moreover, if you take this guy with you, if you encounter the police on the road, you can also take this guy as a hostage. The police dare not shoot at birds. In this city, shooting a bird will cause the public to be angry.

Thinking of this, Thomas said to the parrot: "Okay, you come with me, but don't talk too much along the way, if you dare to talk too much, I will shoot you to death!"

The parrot said playfully: "I promise to be obedient, I am a good boy!"

Thomas quietly carried the ancient bottle to the flowers in the yard, then went to drive the car to the door of the yard, and quietly loaded the ancient bottle into the car. The parrot followed him silently.

The car started with the ancient bottle and the parrot, and Thomas was very proud. He didn't expect it to be so easy this time. As he drove, he shook his head with joy to the rock music.

After a while, the car drove to the door of the mistress's house, and Thomas said to the parrot, "Come on, it's home."

The parrot flew after him. Thomas walked into his mistress's house and said to her, "Baby, look what baby I brought you?"

While the mistress was still blinking, the parrot flew up to her and said to her, "Madam, you are so cute!"

Only then did she see that it was a parrot, and she was overjoyed, saying, "This parrot is so smart and cute!" She went up to hug Thomas and kissed, "Baby! You are so nice!"

Thomas made out with her for a while, then pushed her away and said, "I'm leaving, I still have something to deal with, see you tonight!"

Thomas went back to his house, hid the ancient bottle, and was busy calling the buyer. After a few phone calls, the ancient bottle basically settled on a buyer, and Thomas relaxed. He was about to take a hot shower and relax when he heard the doorbell ring and his mistress calling the door, "You want to have sex with me at this time?" Thomas muttered, walked over and opened the door. Suddenly, he was dumbfounded, and two police officers followed behind his mistress.

"What's the matter?" Thomas asked his mistress sharply.

The mistress pouted and said, "It's all your own fault for sending me such a smart parrot! You walk on the front foot, and it flies away from the window on the back foot, attracting the police and saying that you stole him. The owner's ancient bottle. I have no choice but to bring the police to you!"

"Hey! Still planted on this bird!" Thomas lowered his head helplessly.

  2. Miraculous resurrection

In this beautiful town, God summoned the soul of another man, his name was Segel. The whole town rushed to bury him, and they all knew the cause of Segel's death because he lost his heirloom - a gold medal.

Three days ago early in the morning, Mr. Segel woke up and the amulet hanging around his neck - the gold medal was missing. Segleton suffered a heart attack in a hurry and fell to the ground. This gold medal is his family heirloom and his lifeblood! 200 years ago, his ancestor, the sole seedling of this family, was encountering the Civil War, and he wore this gold medal to the battlefield. As a result, the gold medal just blocked a bullet, allowing his ancestors to survive and their family to thrive. Old Mr. Segel, who lost such a life-saving treasure, waited on the sickbed for 3 days, but the police station still had no clue to solve the case. Why didn't he rush to attack?! Just like that, Mr. Segel's obituary soon came.

On the night Segel was buried, in Segel's neighbor's house, the secret room of the zoologist Bechel's house, Mr. Segel was lying in bed talking to Mr. Bechel.

This is how the same thing? It turned out that all this was done at Bechell's request.

Last night, when Mr. Bechell heard that his old neighbor friend Segel was dying of illness, he hurried to visit. When Segel saw Bechel coming from his hospital bed, his eyes lit up as if he had seen a savior. He struggled to sit up, held Bechel's hand and said, "Please, my old friend, please help me get that gold medal back! If I don't get it back, I'm afraid I'll have to wait for you with God!"

"No progress at the police station?" Bechell asked.

"Don't mention those rubbish, it's been 3 days, and there's not even a clue." Segel shook his head, raised his head again, and stared at Bechell with his eyes, "I believe you can help me get that gold medal back."

"How can you believe me? Mr. Segel, are you confused? I'm a zoologist, not Sherlock Holmes!"

"I believe you have that magic power, you have such a group of cute animals, you can solve any case!" Segel panted, but said without hesitation.

"Okay! Old friend, even if you don't believe me, I will try my best to help you. In fact, I already sent my god dog out last night, and I told him to follow the thief along the windowsill of your house. The footsteps, and finally traced to the lazy Tiefer's house in the far east of the town, I guess it was stolen by Tiefer." Bechell then spoke the truth.

"Then hurry up and report to the police station to catch him!" Segel's eyes showed excitement.

"Don't worry, Mr. Segel!" Bechell pressed Segel's raised shoulder on the pillow and said, "I thought about it, if the police station went to question him, he hid the gold medal, and he refused. What if you admit it? Not catching him at the scene and not seeing the stolen goods means there is no evidence. Besides, I'm worried that once the police start to suspect him, he'll quietly throw the gold medal into a well or a lake, and it's all over."

"Then what do you say?" Segel raised his body anxiously again.

Bechell pressed his body again and said, "Old friend, don't worry, I've figured out a way, it's up to you."

"Yes, I am willing to do anything! As long as I can get that gold medal back."

"Okay! Then ask your family to post an obituary overnight, announcing that you have gone to heaven and that you will be buried tomorrow, and you will secretly come to my house tonight."

"This... what the hell are you doing?" Segel's eyes were a little puzzled.

"You don't need to ask in detail, anyway, I'll help you get back that gold medal!"

"Well, it's up to you, old friend." Segel stopped asking.

In the middle of the night when Segel was buried, a strange cry like a man and a beast suddenly came from under the windowsill of Tiefer's house, which was terrifying. Tiefer got up bravely, poured down half a bottle of brandy, and went out with a shotgun. He shouted into the night sky: "Who is screaming here, stand up and let Lao Tzu see, Lao Tzu is born not afraid of evil and ghosts!"

As soon as his voice fell, a dark and fluffy thing jumped out of the holly bushes not far away. Tiefer wiped his eyes and looked at it. It seemed to be a monkey. He wanted to get closer and see more clearly, but the monster followed back, not letting Tiefer get close, always making Tiefer look blurry. Tiefer had to shout: "It turns out to be a hairy monkey, get away! If you dare to scream, I will kill you!"

At this moment, the strange thing said: "I'm Segel, I'm here to visit you!"

This startled Tiffer. He thought hard, it was the sound of that thing in Segel, but it looked like a monkey! Besides, isn't Segel buried today? I saw him buried with my own eyes!

Tiefer was thinking in a panic, and at this moment, the strange thing spoke again: "I guess you're thinking that Segel didn't go to see God? Why did he suddenly speak again? Like this again? Let me tell you the truth, Tiefer, I went to God and met my ancestors, and my ancestors blamed me for losing that gold medal. I was guilty, I was uncomfortable, so I went to God, God had mercy on me, and I was discerning. Say that you took it, allow me to possess an ape, and come to beg you, I hope you will return the gold medal to my family tomorrow. Otherwise, when you go to see God in the future, God will condemn you and punish you! "

When Tiefer heard this, he was terrified, his legs trembled, and he hurriedly said, "I took the gold medal, and I will give it to your family tomorrow! Please, help me in front of God. Say good things and say that I have a heart of repentance!"

As soon as his voice fell, the ape disappeared into the holly bushes.

After a while, the ape appeared in front of Bechel and Segel. The ape handed over a miniature tape recorder in his arms to Bechel, who turned on the tape recorder and Segel listened.

When he heard Tiefer admit that he had won the gold medal and was willing to return it, Segelton sat up from the bed excitedly, beat Bechell and said, "Good old man! What a contemporary Sherlock Holmes!"

Bechell called the ape, stroked his back and said, "Don't forget the credit of this Mr. Ape! Tomorrow, you have to buy a basket of bananas to thank him, he likes Panama bananas the most!"

"Instead of buying a basket of bananas, I want to buy 10 baskets for him." Segel laughed.

The next day, Segel was resurrected in the town.
