A woman went grocery shopping with her little child. While the woman was shopping, the little child was smiling at the merchant. The merchant liked the child's innocent laugh very much. It seemed as if the fatigue of the whole day was fading away.

The merchant called the child to him. As the child went to the merchant, the merchant asked the servant for a jar of chocolates. Opening the lid, she extended the jar to the child and said, "Son, take as much chocolate as you want yourself." The boy himself refused to take the chocolate. The merchant repeatedly asked the child to take the chocolate and the child refused.

The child's mother was standing far away watching this incident. After a few minutes, the merchant himself reached into the jar, filled a handful and gave the chocolate to the child. The child took the chocolate given by the trader with both his hands. Thanking the merchant, jumping with gratitude he went to his mother.

While returning from the shop, mother asked this child, "Son, why didn't you take chocolate, even though uncle was asking you to take chocolate?" The boy showed his hand to his mother and said, "Mom, my hand is very small, if I had put my hand in the jar and taken the chocolate, I would have got very little chocolate, but uncle's hand was very big. He gave me a fistful of chocolate, and my entire pocket was filled up. Isn't it so good!!"

The little things that might make us feel Happy might serve as sources of motivation.

My Friends, the hand and heart of the one above us is much bigger than ours, so what to give instead of asking should be left to Him. If we go to take it by ourselves, we will get a small fistful and if we leave it to him, we will get a fistful. This story teaches us the value of patience, trust, and humility.

Moral of The Story:

The best things come to us not when we reach out for them, but when we allow them to be given to us.

  • Trust in bigger plans: You know, Sometimes, the best outcomes come when we trust in the larger forces at work in our lives, rather than trying to control everything ourselves.
  • Patience and Faith: Don't forget that, by being patient and having faith, we open ourselves up to greater rewards than we could achieve through our own efforts alone.
  • Generosity and Humility: We should recognize the value of receiving with humility and appreciating the generosity of others, knowing that sometimes, the most significant gifts come from outside our own actions.

In life, let's remember that the universe often has greater things in store for us than we can imagine. By having patience, trust, faith, and humility, we can experience life's full bounty.

So, let's trust the process and have faith that our needs and desires will be fulfilled in ways we can't even begin to work out.
