The Story of Si'Ka

The invaders crossed the lands and islands only seeking to fight and conquer all. There was no peace with them only hope of a strong defence around the free tribes. The world serpent sought out those to conquer. They fed those to the northern Gods. The moon was bright as the night went on. Si'ka laid on the sand thinking of the new invaders. She looked up in the sky as the stars shined bright above. In the distance it had seemed two of them were almost circling each other. Rays of light coming out of them. Si'ko had sneaked up and started to tell her the stories of the Edna or fiery red breath. The species better known as dragons use to protect the island from all evil that came. He told her stories of the battles before and how they vanished in front of them. The invaders coming to conquer filled her with unceasing fear.

"Stay calm." Si'ko her lover had whispered.

"Soon we'll be in battle and nothing to stop them, we will surely die." Si'ka said sadly.

The melancholy in the air almost to much to notice. He stayed strong in his mind looking at the moon. They still had hope he reminded her of all there past victories. They imagined the hammer in there minds. God of thunder they laughed. They prayed no God could stop them. They could hear the world serpent surround the island as if to choke it out it would be rough to fish and gather food from the sea. The village had a few days left to go til they arrived.

It felt good though as if ir belonged. She knew she needed it upon her. She woke up to the burning sun.

"Si'ko, what is that?" she asked worried.

"There here." he hollered.

The attack came from behind them. The island struck the invaders as they came upon the land. She saw the hammer swinging. The villages started to attack the horned fighters. Axe upon axe in there fight for the island. She bursted out flames partinig thte warroirs in front of her as she felt the energy through.

"Ha." the man with the hammer roared as he cracked lightening to block the flames.
