The Hidden Danger.
In the bushes, something lurks...
I was walking outside one day when it happened.
My feet pounded against the ground with each steady beat, the sun rising above the ridge and kissing the giant blue splotch of the sky.
Just my morning walk through the woods, nothing different. And although the air was stiffer, and clouds gathered on the edge of the horizon, I took no heed. It was my routine, and I wasn’t one to mess with it. But something was... off today. Then- sure enough- before me, a bush began to shake. Horrified, I stared.
And found two glowing green eyes staring back.

The Bed.
Justin sighed as he stood by the door, locking it before making his way toward his room. As he started down the hall, he felt deep weariness seeping through him- a long day of work had taken its toll. Nothing enticed him more than to flop onto his bed and sleep until the end of time. Finally, he arrived, and his breath caught at the wonderful sight. He gazed down upon the silky white sheets, glowing under the moonlight that poured from his open window like a field of starlit cotton. He smiled. At last, he could rest.
