The Fift Season - Painting by KarmSpi Art

Hold on a second. Before we start here today I must say that something absolutely horrible happened. I just walked out from the office, finding out that there are no more reserves left. We might run out of food and perish! If anyone around here happens to hear me and knows how to help out, please do so. It means even more that money.

Because we live in a world that barely exists…

What is a world?

Since my world slightly or mostly, of course, since it refers to a reference point, differs from yours, our “both worlds” could also perfectly align to each other. And that would make it what? Describe it. It would make it more! Because there would be two together, and the great teachings say “A world of interdependence can survive”. I don’t want to get complicated here and starting a debate on either if or not a world of independence can survive, because at first sight it’s already obvious that the interdependent one does it better.

I looked up the word dystopia in the dictionary and it could be said to be an imagined society where the forces of destructions are in effect. Some stories even say that it’s something inevitable to happen. But, you see, I see it differently. I believe in a world of wonders, and since I’m a part of it, I want to make it even more beautiful. So to live, I paint it, therefore it surrounds me. For art is meant to be seen, I decorated the walls of my house with my paintings to allow for some of the wonders of my imaginary world to transpire through them. Therefor I feel good about the way I’m living my world, since I’m making it its best use.

Now, if I apply the concept of dystopia to the time line of my world, it would mean that one’s only way possible to exist after its current world, would be to secure the world in which he would next exist. So here I am now in my world, realizing that if I could make my world more, it could also mean that it’s more help to save the next world in which I will be living. So, so far, we are three. I am myself, and the major difference between Elisa and Emma is that, for instance, they, in a particular moment, can view something differently at once. For example, the other day, one thought a certain visitor coming to the house was a favorable thing, while the other thought, it would be a risk.

I felt pulled by two directions simultaneously, then, something very strange occurred. It felt like both: Like if I just fell from the sky, got soaked through the process, and arrived here. And it also felt like if I came out from underneath the blue and stepped out of the water. But whichever it was, for there’s no time for arguing details which led to the same place, we arrived between the forest and the water. And at a distance, we could see the fire running through the mountains creating a vibrant gleam in the sky.

Elisa has a unique way of seeing everything with a totalitarian filter. She calls it the white veil. And she sees it like, a live or die kind of thing. So when she evaluates, she takes into account the “potential risk of destruction”. The less it is, the less risk level she attributes to it. The highest, being complete destruction, like some kind of doomsday.

I’m bringing this up because she though Mr. Boroff’s unexpected stop at the house the other day could have been a risk. A risk of what? Apparently, it may not change anything if he opened or not opened the little black book. And this “may” is why there IS a risk.

You see, when Mr.Boroff gave me the book, I had forgotten that my previous self had wrote in it during a long sea-crossing voyage. It had been done to start the great adventure of preparing for the saving of the future self. I wasn’t even aware about past, neither future importances. Because it is left to Emma, who, being well aware of those things, made a specialist of herself. So I leave it to her. Now, everyday, I witness the manifestation of it. Sheets turn one after the other as the days go by. It’s like if written words take life into reality; realms crossing each other, merging into oneness.

But it’s a very busy day for me again today, and I ought to continue writing the plot for the show we have been preparing, and so on. Everybody is anxious to know more about it all. And so am I. That story is interestingly out of this world for it takes elements well known to this world, and in a twist they all get aligned together differently. I love the character of the Queen, from the wilis. Dancing is like sparkling magic all over the place. She’s majestic!

One of my tasks also was to design the pendant she’s wearing. It’s a very cool heart-shaped locket, resting directly at the height of the manubrium. The locket is made of silver with engraved branches, leaves and flowers which seems to represent an olive tree. When it’s well polished, it looks bright blue. It’s the reflection of the bright sky on it. The front and back panels are connected with a tiny hinge on the left thin side of it. It opens up! Inside there’s a clock timing infinity. On the thin right side there’s a lock. I finished painting only the part of the lock so far. It is composed of a plaque, a knob and the keyhole. It is made out of a thick gold with refined intricate designs along the edges of the plaque, and on the flat surface of the knob there is a smaller clock. That one, measures here time. When you’ll see it, you’ll see how pretty it is to also see some of the sky in the background.

The pendant, the heart-shaped locket, the plaque, the knob, the keyhole, the passage, the next world… I mean, there’s so much to say about it that I could be here day and night.

We could build a world. It’s like connecting pieces of a puzzle that instinctually click together…
