Finding the Way Home
Prologue: 09 JANUARY 2474 Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say… Since the dawn of man, we have gazed at the stars wondering what the universe held in store for us. I wonder sometimes what it is my ancestors imagined, what gave them the drive to shoot for the stars. From earth they look truly beautiful, its when you get close and realize those glistening stars are giant balls of fire, if they had known that the same was true with most of space maybe, just maybe we never would’ve left Earth.

Twin Flames Burn Separately
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Too many people find comfort in the idea that they are planet bound. That because there is something sturdy and understandable under their feet they’re allowed to have nothing to be afraid of. However, most people are not from Qiusty.

The Far Grail
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. That may be true, but I wish the same could be said for the myriad worlds that fill that vacuum, because this little green twerp I was assigned for a mission guide screams every time the ground beneath our feet rumbles. On this planet, let’s just say that is too frequently for the comfort of my eardrums, not to mention my nerves. Of course, it doesn’t help that my nerves were in rough shape to begin with.

The Job
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say.Ancient Martian Proverb Bannock groaned and shivered, shifting his weight on the cold metal floor they'd left him on. While groggy, he had enough sense to pull his knees to his chest and grab his ratty suit jacket tight for warmth and comfort. It felt oddly sloppy, without the bulge of his blaster pulling it tight across his chest. Bannock wished for the cold steel of his rod to be caressing his hand right now. Then he might not feel the chill so profoundly. But even a raging fire would not defeat the cold. He always felt the deep chill of space ever since his first-time off-world.

The Colony
Nobody can hear a scream in in the vacuum of space, or so they say. There are a lot of things about space, about life in general, that we once did not know that I wish we still did not know. I prefer the phrase, “ignorance is bliss,” because that rings more true today than it ever has before.

To serve a planet
Chapter 1 Ending to begin Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. They are wrong, after all of these years I still hear the screams of my parents and all who were loyal to them as they were spaced. I watched them slowly die, and witnessed the horror and agony on their faces as they floated by the small porthole in the compartment where they hid me. I have never forgotten that day, or the reason why we were there to begin with, and how important our mission was to be.

Space Lords
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. The words were spoken so clearly that she jerked her to the right before checking quickly over her left shoulder. Stella Greenway had been screaming for so long and so hard that the soft tissues in her throat grated against each other painfully with every breath that passed into her lungs as she gasped for air and looked wildly around the room.

Proxima B
"Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say…" My brother's words often haunted my thoughts. 'Why would someone be screaming in space?' For that matter, 'why would you attempt an excursion outside of The Apex without proper void protocols in place?' He's probably just screwing with me, trying to get inside my head ever since I outscored him on the entrance exam for APOC flight school. They only picked up four last rotation, I dont think I could've waited another cycle to start the academy.
