Periwinkle and Premonitions. Runner-Up in Under Purple Clouds Challenge.
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. It wasn’t much light, but for Annie, it was just enough. She walked quickly in the pale, plummy glow, going over and over the day before to find out where exactly she’d messed up. There was simply no reason for her to be working at midnight, and yet here she was, at the door of the bakery, at 12am sharp. She fumbled through her keys in the low light, yawning deeply.

Breaking Reality
Everything is possible now. Almost everything. We're still trying to fix what we broke. We're trying to un-do the breaking. This isn't our last ditch effort though. We'll keep trying, until we all die. Until all of existence is destroyed, we will keep trying to save it.

Go With Your Gut
What does my gut tell me? I asked myself. Always have to go with my gut. Prebiotics rule my diet. They feed my gut bacteria their delicious and nutritious fiber. Midnight Sun
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. Personally, I felt the sky was being a bit coy with its blushing and other dilettante behavior. I mean really…, blushing at the sky’s age? Still, it was pretty to see the phenomenon again after years away from Whitehorse working in the south. I’d been up there before of course. I worked my way through university with a summer job in Whitehorse as a vehicle mechanic. I mostly worked on the long-haul transports that got so badly beat up on far north “roads” like the Dempster Highway to Tuktoyaktuk; that was a wild ride at the best of times!
