The Crack in the Human Heart
The Crack in the Human Heart 1 After reading many Japanese novels and movies, I have an insight, into their stories, the degree of beauty and sadism is directly proportional to the degree. The more beautiful, the more sadistic, the more flowers bloom in the sky, the more the story is also the more people scratch their hearts and lungs. Perhaps because they feel that the beauty of the world and the cruelty of life should be put together for contrast to be tasty; perhaps because they want to give the abused people a little compensation so that they can breathe the fragrance of flowers while experiencing the abuse of life.

Father's Invitation
My father was always the kind of person I feared, silent, irritable, dictatorial, and seldom spoke to me directly unless it was an important matter. In my daily life, it was often my mother who gave me the "orders". If I did as I was told, but if there was a hint of disobedience, he would be furious and "angry" until I gave in.

A Father's Drive
It was supposed to be a normal night with my ten-year-old kid Harper. Just a dad and his son having a nice dinner out. A larger vehicle went out of control and tore through the road, I pushed my son to a safe spot, and the next thing I remembered was being in a lot of pain and losing all feeling on my right side.

Dinner Regrets
Drew twirled the spaghetti around and around his fork. His eyes were fixed on the plate, the watery sauce splayed along the edges. It barely coated the noodles. In his peripheral vision he could still see May twirling her hands around a napkin. Her plate hadn’t been touched. Not a good sign considering this was her favorite meal. That was why she had made it. It had nothing to do with him. He would have preferred chicken.

My Aunt Jackie Part IV
They fingerprinted me after I was strip-searched. Then threw me into a cell with a female Kramer from Seinfield. RuPaul's female twin, with a beard and five tattoos on her breast. Which was showing. Along with two other ladies-of-the-night, who had more holes on their bodies than the Ozone layer. A jewel in each hole. Someone painted their faces with more colors than a rainbow in the rainforest. I had six hours or less for someone to see my sheet ladder, and I had a feeling Mom would need an IV to swallow this.

Beacon of Light A Brave Awakening Story Part 2
chapter 4 September 4th, 2021 As I entered Akron Canton International Airport I was so nervous I kept messing up everything. I forgot my International documents so I had to find the nearest printer. Or I couldn’t go to Saint Lucia. I was scared I would lose my fiancé, I didn’t want him to leave me. I wasn’t sure what I was entering into, as the unknown never really occurred to me.

brave awakening
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Writing these memories has probably been the hardest for me. Going back to those dark memories have probably been all the more traumatizing for me. But in a way had it not been for my husband giving me the strength to write this. It’s never been easy with my trauma.
