Chapter 1

Why You Gotta Do the Most?

Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say.

War Lord Chief Big Homie and his goons arrived on the planet Trappist in the city of Zuma. From the shooting star light skies and civilization of 400 hundred thousand righteous souls. Everything was black and white as a dark cloud snatched the planet of its cosmic color. Big Homie and his army over powdered the city in a brutal battle that caught the prosperous world off guard. And now. King Ready and his wife Queen Love were on their knees, watching their people suffer, but ready to die before they would hand over Zuma's precious jewel known as the Light.

Covered in innocent blood and eyes filled with rage. The beastly-looking leader Big Homie Stood front and center with his six-foot battle ax, smiling down on Zuma's once fearless leaders.

"Ha-ha. King Ready and Queen Love, sorry for the unanswered invasion. But your people shot first."

King ready and his wife looked dead into the eyes of Big Homie, understanding that one day his karma would come seven-fold. As Big Homie spoke, his three daughters, Leaf, Zero, and Skybeam, emerged from behind. Leaf took the head of one of the Zuma guards and tossed it at the knees of King Ready.

"Was this yawls captain of the troops? Ha-ha. He didn't put up much of a fight." Said Leaf

"Like! Too easy I was trying to scrap. Damn! We trained 22 years for a wipe-out?" Asked Zuma.

Just on the side, sitting tall on her space horse, with a rusty chrome mask covering her mouth and exposing her beautiful bloodshot eyes, was Zero. She carried the heads of King Ready's and Queen Love's four sons over her shoulder as a trophy. The sight was uneasy, but again. The King and Queen kept the game faces on, too prideful to shed tears in the presence of Big Homies and his ratchet daughters.

"It took a while for my men and me to find this paradise; yawl had a nice set up here. A planet filled with much power and unlimited resources. With all this power, what do people like you do with it? You plant trees, tell fairy tales, and sing and dance into the night. Bullshit! So I ask. Hand over the Light." Asked Big Homie.

King Ready took a deep breath, looked at his wife, and smiled as she did to him. Ready then lent over and gave her a heartwarming kiss that expressed many words. But his lips turned cold as Queen Love slowly moved away. She helplessly watched as her loving husband fell back to his death. Zero again, standing tall on her space horse, but only this time with a bow and arrow aimed at the heart of King Ready. Chief Big Homie was amazed by his daughter's Judgment.

" Damn. Didn't see that coming. Slow down, Zero; I wanted him alive so he could see me win."

Suddenly. One of Big Homies' soldiers came running up with urgent news.

"Chief Big Homie! Chief Big Homie! I discovered the planet's main base. They have already taken the Light and sent it away."

"Is that so? How long ago? And where to?"

"They Sent the Light away three days ago and should reach earth anytime. We don't have enough fuel to send all of us at once at hyper Speed. The first wave can make it to earth in a day, the third wave in 2. And the final wave in four, once we retrieve the Light."

"Then Hyper Speed would be a natural thing controlled by me. Ha-ha! Good job Dovo; I can always count on you."

"Thank you, Chief Big Homie."

"Well, I guess you all heard that. Send 100 men on the first wave. Leaf and Skybeam, you will arrive on wave 2 with 100 more. Zero and I will make a grand entrance with the rest. Hopefully, the first wave will be enough. For the earth has no saviors."

After Big Homie gave the final order. Queen Love had finally broken her silence.

" What is your purpose for the Light?"

" Ha! Easy, I plan to use the Lights power to reverse this curse known as life. Once, The Light frees our souls, grinding us all back into space dust. Then my spirit will be able to rest peacefully among the stars."

After Big Homie spoke on the Light. Queen Love started to laugh at his foolishness. She then blessed him with words of pure Trappist wisdom.

"Chief Big Homie! Prepare! For the fall of your men will bring confusion! And the death of your daughters will leave your mind in limbo! For you, all will inherit the wind!"

Chief Big Homie watched on as he loaded his Ax upon his shoulder.

"Don't worry, and if shall pass. You won't leave to see it. Everyone load up!"

As Chief Homie and his troops prepare to head into the cosmos. Zero launched a cannon into the skies, and from that cannon, the sound of thunder roared into the heavens. The first wave boarded their ships and headed into hyper-drive, while the last waves took their space crafts and drifted deep into space.

While on the board. Chief Homie and his daughter Zero watched from the windows of their craft. The weapon that Zero launched into the skies caused it to slowly rain.

Queen Love looked around as the raindrop touched her arm and began to burn her skin. She then crawled over and laid on her husband's chest. The raining acid started to pour heavier, burning the city. Leaving every living thing and its planet to perish.

Two Days later, located On Earth- Somewhere in Oak Park, Illinois.

Brother Langston Clark was ending his tenth Hill-song gathering, which he held in the basement of TGI Friday's. The 32 members stepped side to side and sang in harmony as Brother Clark rocked on with the Hill-song rock band one Clip Loaded. The ladies blew kisses as Brother Clark shimmied across the stage.

Brother Clark then took his Crown Royal bang and gently wiped the top of his forehead while he sang along with his fist held high. Purple and red neon lights, green mist, and falling glitter filled the holy spirit in the room. Brother Clark signaled his band to ease the tempo so he could say his final words.

"Yes, brothers and sisters, my heart goes to all of you. I wanna thank my beautiful band always Gods only One Clip Loaded!"

"WHoo!!!! We Love You, Brother Clark!" Praised the congregation.

"And God loves you first. And don't forget brothers and sisters! Bring others to the gospel and let them know; come as you are. Now help yourself to some food. Fridays were kind enough to bless us with some seasoned bread, water, and pulled pork."

As brother Clark spoke, he looked into the crowd and noticed his brother standing in the back.

Langston jumped off the stage and met him halfway.

"Josh! What's good, bro, didn't expect to see you here."

"I know you didn't; what do you have going on here?"

Langston was embarrassed about having his brother at his meeting; he tried his best to speed things along. His brother Josh continued to look around in confusion, trying to figure out what his younger brother had been up to for the past two months.

"Well, you know. I told you, I got my little spiritual thing going on here. That's all."

Josh wiped the glitter from Langston's all-white blazer.

"Glitter, fun lights, and colorful mist? This supposed to be a church?"

"Come on, man, don't do that here. It's a feel-good church."

"Nah, this looks like a clown town to me."

"Clown? You the same cat that just walked in here dressed like Bruce Leroy, and you call me a clown?"

"And you with the Rolex, Gucci belt, and Oreo Jordan sixes. And that Mercedes outside that you rented from Turo. Preaching the gospel with props from Hot Topic and Spencer's that you probably got from cracking."

"Ight damn man! Chill, chill. What's good? What you here for?"

"Follow me to the Temple, I have urgent news. I need you for a special project."

"Ha! Big bro need my help; what bullshit you got yourself into."

"Actually, no, I can help myself. You're just involved."

"Whatever man, let's go. I gotta date tonight; she may be the one my brother."

"For her sake, I pray she finds the Lord and heads on a different path, far away from your foolery."

"Come on man! You aint gotta be that way. Lil bro going to get married someday."

" Shut up and come on."

Later. Josh and Langston arrived at the League Forest Temple.

"Damn bro, my ass aint been here in a minute. The setting fire as hell, You gotta let me hold one of my sermons here one day."

"If you bring any of those un-woke blind pieces of lost souls into my temple, I will not hesitate to fold every last one of them."

"Mann, yo ass just can't relax."

"Relaxing is over; now take off your shoes before entering; you know the drill."

The Temple was red, black, and gold on the inside, surrounded by healthy green trees filled with giant peaches and apples. Calm waterfalls with ponds filled with exotic fish, and walking around brought back peaceful memories as Langston removed his Tom Ford Dimitry sunglasses. Soft chimes played in the background, and the room was decorated with valuable ancient art effects.

"Deng bro, I need to come here sometime just to get away. My ass be stressed out in these streets." Said Langston.

As Langston entered the room that Josh was in, he was caught off guard by a young lady sitting by the tea table, seriously injured.

"Yo! bro what the hell? Damn man what happened? Is she OK? Who is this?"

"Her is name Tilly she arrived here a few nights ago from the planet Tilly. Tempo suffered injuries on her flight to earth; her planet was attacked by the infamous Chief Big Homie and his army. She brought us this golden box which contains the Light; now it's our job to protect her and make sure we can deliver the Light to Africa."

While Josh spoke, he continued to grab food and supply for their mission. Langston stood in the corner, trying to figure out if his brother was telling the truth or if he had just lost his mind.

"Wait! protect her? Nah man, listen to yourself. We need to get her to a hospital!"

"No! She will be fine like I said. We need to get to Cario, where we will be met by the Dragon Nation. They will take the Light and shoot it back into the heart of space, far from the reach of Chief Big Homie and his goons."

Langston paced back and forward with his hands above his head, not understanding the complete concept of what was happening.

"Ok bro, April fools."

"No brother, we're in the middle of October. This is not a joke. So you need to suit up and prepare to run and fight."

Langston paused for a moment and stared into the eye's of Tilly, the pain in her face told a truthful story. Her skin glistened with warm green and blue texture, and her long dark turquoise hair slightly covered her aquatic tented eyes. Langston felt her presence and pain in the room; he knew not only that she needed their help. But she trusted them.

" Nah! Aint happening right now. This shit random as hell Josh what the fu!"

Josh approached Langston with his fighting attire and a black box.

"Yes, it is happening, and no. This is not random; mom and dad told us these stories. If you believed them or not was completely up to you, but now we suit up. Inside this black box are eight rings you need to place on your fingers."

"What? So you out here like Bishop Magic? And my big ass not about to run around in a ninja suit; I'm too big to be doing little people shit."

"You're also too grown to be lying to a congregation of people; listen to me Langston. This shit is happening whether you like it or not. Now stop bitching and move along."

Langston surrendered once he heard the tone in his brother's voice; his complaining was only fear, for he knew that Josh was telling the truth. Langston looked over again in Tilly's direction.

"Damn, mom and dad, I used to think they were so full of shit. Space warriors and ancient cosmic bullshit, I tried blocking all that out my head."

Suddenly. Josh put his fist in the air signaling Langston to be quiet. Josh immediately blew the candles out and grabbed his one bag, and led Langston and Tilly outside.

"Come on, we got to get a move on; we running out of time."

As the three rushed outside, emerging from the shadows of the trees. There were at least twenty of Chief Big Homies men waiting and preparing to retrieve the Light.

A dark shadow covered the moon as the goon's chrome skull mask beamed into the night. One of the goons finally stepped forward with a rusty chrome chain in hand.

"Surrender the Light to Chief Big Homie, and we will spare your planet. That lady you protect, her planet is no more due to her people's difficult ways. Otherwise, we will proceed with brute force. From the looks of it, you're outnumbered. Be wise human."

"What the hell are we supposed to do? Fight our way out?" Asked Langston.

Josh dropped his bag and rolled up his sleeves; he then took off his hat and flicked his head back to remove his dreads from in front of his face. Afterward. Josh finally placed the gold rings on his fingers.

"Exactly brother, we will fight. I know you've been away for a while, but you will never forget how to fight. Now watch me put these rings to work, and you will see what mom and dad prepared us for."

After placing his rings on, Josh swayed his arms to the left, causing the trees to push back ten feet. He then swayed his arm to the right, causing the statues and tiny homes to fall back ten feet. He then brought his fist together, and the ring's force slightly split the ground. There was more space to fight, and Josh waited for the goons to attack while standing in a mantis position. Langston's mouth dropped.

"Bro! Did you just shift the whole fucking forest?"

"Yep! Now you could put the rings on and join me, or stand back and watch me beat their asses!."

The goons' leader roared like a beast causing the atmosphere to rumble. Langston took off his watch and rolled up his sleeves; he then placed the golden rings on his fingers and stood side by side with his brother. Big Homies goons all at once charged in the direction of Josh and Langston, ready for combat.
