You open your eyes and look over to see him. His breath blows on your face as he sleeps. This is different. Seeing him soft and quiet. It was nice but you knew the moment he woke up, he would explode on you. So, you slowly got out of bed and put on your clothes. You sit on the bed to pull up your pants. When you feel a tug on you, you pause.

Before you could react, you feel your body fly into a warm embrace. His feet kick off your pants while his fingers lightly remove your shirt. You watch as he throws your shirt across the room as far as he could. Nuzzling into the back of your neck, you begin to melt in his arms.

You thought to yourself, 'What is happening? Did he just do that? When did he ever wake up? You didn’t hear him move at all. Pro heroes are like ninjas. The way they move without being noticed is terrifying. Even so, you couldn’t help but snuggle even deeper into his warm embrace.

You always knew that Katsuki Bakugo had a distinct smell because of his quirk, but the way it embraced you felt like a warm cloud. The scent of burning wood mixed with just a hint of cinnamon. It smelled like a warm Christmas day in front of the fire.

Your eyes became heavy, and you started to doze off as if you were never awake in the first place and for you knew it three hours had gone bye.

You felt your body sway a little, and your eyes slowly opened. He gently placed you on the couch, turning on the TV. However, it was immediately met with a struggle to lower the volume with the remote. His red eyes quickly met yours. 'Dammit, I was trying not to wake you,' he grumbled.

He sounded annoyed and upset, but you knew that he was upset with himself, not with you. You smiled as you leaned on him. You felt his body tense up, and at that moment, you knew there was no more 'sweet Katsuki.' You moved away from him.

You glanced over to a mirror he kept in the living room. You were not wearing your clothes but one of his many hero shirts. You smiled, but it quickly faded when you saw him staring at you through the mirror's reflection.

You looked at him and smiled, 'Thank you for allowing me to stay the night, but I should be going.' 'Yeah, you do that,' his voice sounded annoyed."

As you made your way back to his room, picking up your things and changing into your clothes, you heard the creak of the floor. Bakugo Katsuki is an amazing hero, and his sneak strategy is usually one hundred, but sadly for him, he has hardwood floors.

You ignored his footsteps, finished putting on your jewelry, and grabbed your bag. As you turned to the door, you were met with a look that you hadn't seen on him before. It was a look of want and need, barely hidden behind a sorrowful frown.

Once he caught you looking he had gone back to an annoyed look on his face, leaning against the doorframe, but his eyes said otherwise. You knew he wanted you to stay, but if he couldn’t use his words to communicate that, then you wouldn't stick around.

You walked to the door, glancing at him, and your heart took over, planting a kiss on his forehead before walking down the hall. You slipped on your shoes. You were using every bone in your body not to turn back. You opened the door. “Bye, Katsuki”.

The door closed behind you without a word from him. Not even a “bye”. Even pro heroes can be dicks."
