Atlantis was the lost City in the sea. Ray was a dark-headed tall curveous lady with a reputation for discovering unusual things. She always gets her investors to finance her excursions.

VIP was an investment company that only invested in elite projects from around the world.

Ray had given VIP extensive proposals with her new project, ALC. She wanted to be the first woman to discover the Atlantis, The lost City. Legend has it Atlantis was not in Rome but in Greece.

ALC will prove to the world that it can be found in Greece and the missing Crown Jewels of Cleopatra can be found in this lost city.

Ray took a dive at the spot she was told by the Villagers with her Scuba Gear. Her scheduled tour guide did not show up. Ray was very impatient to get down there and see the lost Atlantis.

She spotted gray huge structures 50 feet from the surface of the water. A lady's face that looks like a painting of Queen Cleopatra appeared before her like a hologram. You can see through the image of this lady.

" Go back, Ray!!! Turn around before it's too late." The Halogram-like image seemed to be warning her, repeatedly.

Ray did not pay her any hid, she invested too much in the project to go back now. How will she pay back her investors who believe in her project if she goes back now?

Ray had reached the entrance of Atlantis Lost City.

"Plato was right this city looked advanced far beyond its time." Ray thought as she explored the amazing city.

She discovered tools that might been used to build the pyramid. She was not interested in the tools but in Queen Cleopatra's headdress crown, which has special supernatural power.

The crown was stolen when Queen Cleopatra took her own life. It was said to be cursed. No one should have that supernatural power. Mankind misused such power.

Ray had only ten minutes of air left. She must hurry and find the crown. She knew that the faster she swam the more air would be used.

The hologram-looking image appeared again to warn her but something shiny and golden caught Ray's eyes.

She swam to it and tried to extract it off the rock it was stuck on. It seems to be stuck on a rock structure throne.

She was able to remove the crown but she only had five minutes to get back to the surface before she was out of air.

She barely made it to the surface. She had enough energy to get on her yacht.

She removed her suit and scuba gear. She took a few minutes to catch her breath and rest before taking a closer look at Queen Cleopatra's crown.

It was made out of pure gold with a sun-looking structure on top of it. It was very heavy. She figured it weighed 30 pounds. Heavier than the medium-sized dog, Candy, she left at home.

She loved the jewelry crystals that also cover the crown. She wanted to try the crown on. She placed the crown on her head. She blacked out like a flash of light.

Ray opened her eyes and she knew she was on the north side of the Nile River in the Nubian desert. The Earth seemed to shake under her. The sand was shifting under her like something was elevating underneath it that was solid.

Ray read about the lost Sand City where Cleopatra and Mark Anthony might be buried together.

A hologram-looking image of Queen Cleopatra appeared before her.

"I warn you, but you would not listen. You have to pay the consequences." Queen Cleopatra told her as Ray's body was sucked underneath the sand into the Lost Sand City along with the crown.

Engulfed in the desert's parched silence, I was nothing but another grain of sand in the wind.

  • Whoaaaa, this was soooo creepy! Imagine diving in the deep sea and a hologram appears and talks to me. I will die instantly, lol. Poor Ray. She should have listened to the warnings. This was such a creative and suspenseful story! I loved it!

  • "You've got that sinking feeling. Oh, that sinking feeling. You've got that sinking feeling, now you're gone, gone, gone, oh." Sorry about that. But at least Ray knows she didn't just find one lost city but rather two.
