A chameleon of sorts, not of her own making. She found she blended too easily into the scenery, like a spider's web.

And after several attempts to be seen, and failing, she simply gave up.

Until he found her.

She sat, alone, pressed against the wall, like a vining flower, when he made his move.

Snuggling up next to her, he pressed his cold, wet nose into her hands, demanding her affection.

And it was just what they needed
