Steve was at a New Year celebration with his beloved partner in crime, his good old reliable Canon Camera. It was one minute before the New Year countdown. Outside this Manhattan balcony will be a great view of the New Year fireworks. On the Balcony was a newlywed couple getting ready to kiss each other for the New Year kiss. Slowly the couple's faces came together for a passionate kiss and the fireworks before them were spectacular.

That was a great kiss captured in a photo. The kiss might have lasted longer than a minute. The couple might have felt true fireworks at that moment's kiss.

Steve did not capture a love scene this time. He captured a man who was being dumped on Valentine’s Day, and in a heated argument, all because a guy was late for their date. Come to find out, the lady who was very upset had enough of him being late all the time for their dates. They were going to have a romantic dinner on a restaurant rooftop. Steve took a picture of red roses and a white teddy bear being thrown over the 10th-floor building rooftop.

Steve was at Letchworth State Park. It is one of the most beautiful New York State parks. You can take photos of people’s adventures in water rapid rafting. The most adventurous photo he took at the park was a man falling off his horse saddle while riding on his horse on a trail ride. He fell off within minutes like in slow motion. The saddle buckle was not put on securely.

The guy was holding on for dear life on the rein when the saddle started turning to the side of the horse’s belly and got undone. It was a good thing the horse was trotting slowly. In less than a mile the saddle was completely undone. The man survived the fall without any scratches, thank God.

Steve traveled to upstate New York to capture the total eclipse unfortunately it was a cloudy day and he did not capture it. He experienced the complete darkness of the eclipse in minutes. He was told it was going to happen. It got colder. He went to the nearby coffee shop to get coffee to warm himself up and his dearest friend Canon Camera. He took his camera out of its case before ordering his favorite coffee, flavor hazelnut. He took pictures of people having conversations about their experience of the eclipse.

It was a coffee party after the Eclipse. It was a lively group in the coffee shop. They were sharing the pictures they took of the eclipse experience.

Steve attended the Lilac Festival with his beloved Canon camera friend on Mother’s Day. Steve's mom passed away 14 years ago. His mother loved Rochester, New York‘s Lilac Festival.

The beautiful Cherry blossom was in full bloom. The lilac's scent was in the air. Across the street from the lilac are food and art vendors.

Steve stopped at Lilac Festival's famous delicious fannel cake tent. It takes minutes to make. They pour the batter into a hot cooking oil pan and swirl it to make its decorative shape of heart holes. After it was cooked and formed the vendor took it out and put it on a paper plate.

She asked if the buyer would like some powdered sugar on it. It was a windy day. It was great timing, Steve took a picture of the sugar powder from the fannel cake covering the buyer's face. Everyone seemed to stop what they were doing and stare in horror. The buyer laughed and kept walking to the eating area, where her family had waited for her. They started to laugh when she got closer. One of her family took a napkin and wiped the powdered sugar off her face.

Steve’s 53rd birthday. He woke up excited. He knelt beside his bed and said his one-minute gratitude prayer to start his special day.

Nicely one. You captured a bunch of minutes in one story. Well done.

  • Oh no, I felt so sorry for the guy who got dumped 🥺 I hate people who aren't punctual but wouldn't break up with someone for that. My favourite story was the powdered sugar one 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
