"Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions." - Dalai Lama

Once upon a time, there lived a young girl named Ava. She grew up in a small town nestled in the mountains, surrounded by natural beauty. She had everything she could ever want: a loving family, good friends, and a comfortable life. But despite all of this, Ava could never shake the feeling that something was missing. She longed for something more, something that would truly make her happy.

One day, Ava decided to set out on a journey to find this missing piece of happiness. She packed a small bag with a few essentials and set off into the unknown. She traveled through lush forests, over rolling hills, and across sparkling rivers. She met new people and saw new things, but still, the feeling of emptiness persisted.

Finally, after weeks of wandering, Ava found herself at the base of a towering mountain. She had heard stories of a wise old sage who lived at the summit, and she decided to make the climb in the hopes that he could help her find what she was looking for.

The climb was long and grueling, but Ava persisted. She pushed through the fatigue and the pain, driven by her desire to find happiness. And finally, she reached the summit. The wise old sage was there, as she had hoped. He was seated on a rock, surrounded by a field of wildflowers. He welcomed Ava with a warm smile and invited her to sit beside him.

"You have come a long way, young one," he said. "What is it that you seek?"Ava told him of her journey, of the emptiness she felt and the longing for something more. The sage listened patiently, then took a deep breath and spoke."Happiness is not something that can be found outside of yourself," he said. "It is something that you must create within yourself."

Ava was confused. "But how can I do that?" she asked."You must learn to find joy in the present moment," the sage said. "You must learn to appreciate the beauty of the world around you, to be grateful for what you have, and to be kind to others. These are the things that will bring true happiness."

Ava listened carefully, taking in the sage's words. She realized that she had been so focused on finding happiness that she had forgotten to appreciate the beauty of the world around her. She had taken her family, her friends, and her comfortable life for granted. And she had been too busy searching for something more to be kind to others.

With a newfound understanding, Ava thanked the sage and began her descent down the mountain. As she walked, she looked around her and saw the world with new eyes. She saw the majesty of the mountains, the sparkling rivers, and the lush forests. She thought of her family and friends, and felt a deep gratitude for their love and support. And she made a promise to herself to be kinder to others and to appreciate the beauty of the present moment.

When Ava returned home, she found that she had changed. She felt a sense of joy and contentment that she had never felt before. She realized that the sage had been right, that happiness was not something that could be found outside of herself, but something that she had to create within herself.

Ava lived her life spreading joy, kindness and spreading the message of finding happiness within. She became known as the "Happiness Ambassador" in her town and people came to her seeking guidance and inspiration. Ava's journey may have been long and difficult, but in the end, she found the true meaning of happiness and lived a life full of it.
