Bahhumbugified

Scrooge sat in the waiting room of the dentist's office tapping his shoe on the floor, fully aware that he was annoying everyone. He didn't care, his tooth hurt like hell, and he felt like hot pokers were being jabbed back and forth into his gums...aargh! He silently screamed and dared anyone to say something to him. The receptionist stared daggers at him, she had already told him ten times that he was up next to see the dentist.

Flora had been calling Scrooge for months, he had missed appointment after appointment until she had just given up on him. Whenever she called him he would say:

"Bahhumbug woman, me teeth are totally fine. You just want to take me hard earned money for spitting out lies about the state of me gum".

Flora always smiled at his choice of language, no matter how annoyed he made her. She knew he would be back eventually. His mouth was getting worse every day.

Now here was Scrooge, three teeth needing removal and a toothache to end all toothaches.

Finally, Ebenezer's turn came. Why was he not being called, he asked Flora.

"Mr. Scrooge, they have to clean the entire area after seeing each patient, just give them a moment please"!

The nurse popped her head around the corner.

"Ebenezer Scrooge".

Ebenezer grunted and followed......Horrid grunting, groaning and %#&*%$ words flew upon the wind.

An hour later, bahhumbugged and Scrooged, Ebenezer ran from the office, completely refusing to pay.

Bah Humbug!
