A Little Lore

Lorelei Lee was a very strange woman. White hair that she kept dyed in a purple and blue ombre style, pink eyes, and an alluring nature about her. A trait she shared with her twin Leyla. She never fit in and always managed to stand out. Her single mother looked nothing like Lore or her sister neither did their older brother. Along with their odd appearance her and her sister seemed to have interesting abilities. Lore could hypnotize anyone with her voice and Leyla seemed to have the ability to feel what others felt. It never made sense to Lore how her and her sister could be so different. Eventually Lore went to college to study music and after graduating was on the fast track to her theatre debut. A debut that would never happen due to Lore walking away from her dream following the death of the man she called grandpa. A death that left her devastated. She left her life behind and moved to a city in California to start a new life.

During her ventures in California she joined a very sketchy life only to realize that wasn't for her, but along the way she realized her love for motorcycles and eventually found herself in an MC her friend Angel started. While that lasted for a few months it wouldn't prove to be lasting and eventually she found herself alone again. That's when two beautiful people walked into her life. A gothic beauty named Erin Stormbringer and a rockstar of a man named Theo. They befriended Lore and gave her something to live for as well as a place in their world. The world of KIMC proved to be a home for her. Allowing her to make new friends and even introduced her to the love of her life and fellow KIMC member, Nathan Soto, whom she would later marry. Life was going great until it came caving in on her.

One day as she was working their mc owned business she noticed one of the dancers. Something about this woman captivated her and drew her in. The woman's white hair stood out amongst the dark club, her curves drew very familiar lines, and the mystery that surrounded this woman bounced off her in a beautiful aura. It was as if Lore was staring into a mirror. That's when her newly discovered brother, Tommy, proceeded to refer to the woman as mom. A word that echoed through Lorelei's mind; shattering any image of the family she knew before. Sudden it all made sense. The woman was named Kno Bodhi. Her husband was Coral. They looked at Lore as if life had been added to the room. "My daughter" muttered the scruffy man claiming to be Lore's dad. They proceeded to tell Lore how they had 6 kids. Two sets of twins, Tommy, and another daughter. It all made sense. The hair color Lore shared with her sister, their pink eyes, and all the unexplainable gifts they had. The Bodhi family had ties to the old ones and their ways of magic and power. Lore's ability to captivate and entrance people with her voice along with Leyla's gift of foresight and empathy made for them to be the strongest amongst the kids. A fact a rival family knew about leading to their kidnapping as babies. Eventually Lore and Leyla ended up in the custody of the woman they had called mom for 28 years. A mystery that all of a sudden seemed so unreal. Kno and Coral wrapped Lore in their arms as she stood shaking from the shock. Eventually Lore would learn more about her powers as well as their ties to the old ones and why they can split off pieces of their soul as well as feed off the souls of others. Most of the time forced feeding could kill a mortal unless that mortal was a significant other. Their love would strength the mortal soul allowing it to replenish after some time. Finally Lore felt free to be herself. Finally she felt strong and resilient. She even learned to embrace her natural hair color and the power it represented. She found herself, she found her home, and now she had found her family. A family she would continue to build her bond with while never forgetting the family that raised her and the man who's support and passing lead her to this revelation.
