Sumona was six months pregnant and had taken her 8-year-old daughter Nikita to the mall to buy some clothes for the new baby. Nikita was excited and wanted to explore the mall on her own. Sumona, feeling a bit tired, agreed to let Nikita wander around the children's section while she rested on a nearby bench.

As Sumona closed her eyes for a brief moment, she heard a loud scream. She immediately opened her eyes and looked around frantically. To her horror, she saw that Nikita was nowhere to be seen. Sumona's heart started racing, and she quickly got up to look for her daughter.

Sumona searched the mall frantically, calling Nikita's name, but there was no sign of her. She asked the security guard and other shoppers, but no one had seen her daughter. Panic set in as Sumona realized that her daughter was missing.

With tears in her eyes and a heavy heart, Sumona contacted the mall security and the police. They began to search the mall thoroughly, checking every corner and aisle. As the search continued, Sumona's worry and anxiety increased, and she felt helpless.

After an agonizing hour, a security guard found Nikita in the toy section, playing with some dolls. Sumona's heart leaped with joy, and she rushed to her daughter, hugging her tightly.

Nikita had wandered off and lost track of time, but thankfully she was unharmed. Sumona was immensely relieved.

A few days after the incident at the mall, Sumona's husband Brijesh had to leave for a business trip, leaving behind Sumona and Nikita. Sumona was still shaken from the incident and the thought of being alone with Nikita made her even more anxious.

As Brijesh packed his bags, Sumona couldn't help but express her concerns. "Please be careful on your trip, and make sure you check in with us every day," she said worriedly.

"Don't worry, I'll be fine. And you know I'll call you every day," Brijesh reassured her, giving her a comforting hug.

Sumona watched as Brijesh left, feeling a sense of unease. As the days went by, Sumona's anxiety grew, and she found it hard to sleep at night. She constantly worried about Nikita's safety and felt overwhelmed by the responsibility of taking care of her daughter alone.

One night, as Sumona tucked Nikita into bed, Nikita sensed her mother's worry and asked, "Mommy, are you okay? You seem worried."

Sumona tried to hide her anxiety but couldn't hold back her tears. "I'm just a little scared, honey. But don't worry, mommy will always be here to protect you," she said, holding Nikita's hand tightly.

Nikita hugged her mother tightly and whispered, "I love you, Mommy. Don't worry, everything will be okay."

Sumona felt a sense of comfort in her daughter's words and knew that she had to be strong for Nikita. She took a deep breath and wiped away her tears, realizing that she couldn't let her fears consume her.

Over the next few days, Sumona focused on spending quality time with Nikita, taking her to the park, cooking her favorite meals, and playing games with her. The distraction helped ease Sumona's anxiety, and she felt grateful for the love and support of her family.

Brijesh was still on his business trip when he received a call from Sumona that made his heart skip a beat. "Brijesh, Nikita is missing. She didn't come home from school today," Sumona said, her voice trembling with fear.

Brijesh felt a sense of panic rush through him. "What do you mean she's missing? Have you called the school? The police?" he asked, trying to stay calm.

"Yes, I've called everyone. But there's no sign of her anywhere. I don't know what to do," Sumona said, her voice breaking.

Brijesh immediately booked a flight back home, feeling helpless and worried. As he sat on the plane, he couldn't stop thinking about Nikita and the worst-case scenarios that kept running through his mind.

When Brijesh finally arrived home, he rushed to Sumona's side, embracing her tightly. "Where could she be? What happened?" he asked, feeling a sense of despair.

Sumona explained that Nikita had left school as usual but hadn't arrived home. She had called the school and her friends, but no one had seen her. The police were already searching for her, but there was no news yet.

Brijesh's heart sank, and he tried to keep his emotions in check. "We have to stay strong and keep searching. We'll find her," he said, trying to reassure Sumona.

As the hours passed, the search continued, and Brijesh and Sumona waited anxiously for news. Suddenly, Brijesh received a call from the police. "We've found Nikita. She's safe, but she's been taken to the hospital," the officer said.

Brijesh and Sumona rushed to the hospital, their hearts pounding with relief and worry. When they arrived, they found Nikita sitting in a hospital bed, her arm in a cast.

"Nikita, what happened? Are you okay?" Sumona asked, tears streaming down her face.

Nikita explained that she had been walking home from school when she was hit by a car. The driver had fled the scene, leaving Nikita lying on the road with a broken arm.

Brijesh and Sumona hugged their daughter tightly, grateful that she was alive and safe.

"We're so glad you're okay, Nikita. We love you so much," Brijesh said, his voice shaking with emotion.

Nikita smiled weakly, feeling the love and support of her Parents. "I love you too, Daddy. I'm glad you're here," she said, feeling safe in their arms.

Just as Brijesh, Sumona, and Nikita were about to leave the hospital, Lokesh walked in. Brijesh was surprised to see his step-brother and didn't know how to react. He had never been close to Lokesh, and they had drifted apart over the years.

"What are you doing here, Lokesh?" Brijesh asked, his voice cold.

Lokesh looked hesitant and nervous. "I need to talk to you. It's important," he said, avoiding eye contact.

Brijesh looked at Sumona, and they both exchanged a worried glance. They had no idea what Lokesh could want or why he was suddenly here.

As they sat down to talk, Lokesh started to explain everything. He admitted that he was the one who had hit Nikita with his car and had taken her to the hospital. He also confessed that he had seen Nikita at the toy zone in the mall and had spoken to her before she went missing.

"I'm sorry, Brijesh. I never meant for any of this to happen. I just wanted to help her," Lokesh said, his voice shaking with emotion.

Brijesh was speechless. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. "You hit my daughter with your car and didn't even tell us?" he asked, his anger rising.

Lokesh looked down at his feet, feeling ashamed. "I was scared, Brijesh. I didn't know what to do. But when I saw her at the mall, I knew I had to help her," he said.

Sumona couldn't believe what she was hearing. She was angry and hurt that Lokesh had kept this from them. "How could you do this to us, Lokesh? We trusted you," she said, tears streaming down her face.

Lokesh looked up at them, his eyes filled with regret. "I know I messed up. I just want to make things right. Please forgive me," he pleaded.

Brijesh and Sumona looked at each other, unsure of what to do. They knew that they needed to forgive Lokesh, but it wasn't going to be easy. "We'll talk about this later, Lokesh. Right now, we just want to take Nikita home," Brijesh said his voice firm.

As they left the hospital, Brijesh and Sumona held Nikita's hands tightly, feeling grateful that she was safe.

The next morning, Lokesh showed up at Brijesh and Sumona's house to visit Nikita. Brijesh and Sumona were both surprised to see him, but they allowed him in. Nikita was happy to see Lokesh and ran up to him, giving him a big hug.

Brijesh and Sumona watched as Lokesh interacted with Nikita, and they couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. On one hand, they were still angry with him for what he had done, but on the other hand, they could see how much he cared for Nikita.

"Lokesh, we need to talk," Brijesh said, his tone serious.

Lokesh looked at him, his expression was nervous. "I know I messed up, Brijesh. I just want to make things right," he said.

Brijesh took a deep breath and looked at Sumona, who nodded in agreement. "We forgive you, Lokesh. We know that you made a mistake, but we also know that you care for Nikita," he said.

Lokesh looked relieved and grateful. "Thank you, Brijesh. I won't let you down again," he said, his voice filled with emotion.

Brijesh and Sumona knew that it was going to take time for them to fully trust Lokesh again, but they also knew that forgiveness was the first step. They welcomed him back into their family and their business, and they hoped that he would prove himself worthy of their trust.

As they all sat down to have tea, Lokesh apologized again for his past actions and promised to make it up to them. Brijesh and Sumona listened, knowing that they needed to give Lokesh a chance to make things right.

A month later, Brijesh had to go on another business trip. Sumona was nervous about him leaving, but she knew that he had to go. She hugged him tightly before he left, and he promised to call her every day.

But that call never came.

One day, while Sumona was at home with Nikita, she received a call from the police. Her heart sank as she answered the phone, knowing that something terrible must have happened.

"Ma'am, I'm sorry to inform you that there has been a car accident on the highway. Your husband, Brijesh, was involved in the accident and he did not survive," the police officer said. Sumona felt her whole world crumble around her as she heard those words. She could barely believe what she was hearing.

"What? No, that can't be true. Brijesh was supposed to call me every day. He can't be dead," she said, her voice shaking.

"I'm sorry, ma'am. We have his identification and we have confirmed his identity. We are sending a team to your house to provide you with more information," the officer said.

Sumona hung up the phone and collapsed onto the couch, tears streaming down her face. Nikita came running over to her, sensing that something was wrong.

"Mommy, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" Nikita asked, her eyes wide with concern.

Sumona looked at her daughter and couldn't bear the thought of telling her that her father was gone.

"Brijesh isn't coming home, Nikita. He's gone," Sumona said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Nikita's eyes widened in shock and she threw her arms around her mother, crying along with her.

As they sat there, mourning the loss of their beloved husband and father, Sumona couldn't help but think about how much their lives had changed in just a few short weeks. From the joy of forgiving Lokesh and welcoming him back into their lives, to the crushing pain of losing Brijesh, life had taken a sudden and unexpected turn.

After Brijesh's sudden and tragic death, Lokesh took over the family business, promising to take care of Sumona and Nikita. He appeared to be a caring and responsible person, but Sumona couldn't escape

off the feeling that something was not right.

She began to notice some strange behavior from Lokesh, and she couldn't help but wonder if he had something to do with Brijesh's death. She tried to brush it off as grief and paranoia, but her suspicions only grew stronger with time.

Finally, Sumona decided that she needed to know the truth. She couldn't live with the uncertainty and the nagging feeling that her husband's death might not have been an accident.

Without telling anyone, Sumona embarked on a secret journey to find out the truth behind Brijesh's car accident. She traveled to the accident site, talked to witnesses and investigators, and pieced together the events of that fateful day.

As she delved deeper into the investigation, she uncovered some unsettling information that only fueled her suspicions about Lokesh. She began to fear for her own safety and that of her daughter, knowing that she was getting too close to the truth.

Despite the danger, Sumona refused to give up her quest for justice. She knew that she needed to uncover the truth and bring those responsible to justice, even if it meant putting herself and her daughter in harm's way.

Her journey took her down a dark and treacherous path, filled with danger, deception, and betrayal. But Sumona was determined to get to the bottom of Brijesh's death and expose the truth, no matter what the cost.

Sumona returned home after her secret investigation, with a heavy heart and a sense of dread. She knew that what she had uncovered would change everything, and she wasn't sure if she was ready to face the truth.

But she knew that she had to be strong, for herself and for Nikita. She took a deep breath and confronted Lokesh about her suspicions, demanding to know the truth.

At first, Lokesh denied everything, insisting that he had nothing to do with Brijesh's death. But Sumona was relentless, and she refused to back down.

Finally, after hours of questioning and prodding, Lokesh broke down and confessed the truth. He revealed that he had hired his old friend Tony to cause the car accident that killed Brijesh.

He explained that he had been nursing a grudge against Brijesh for years, and he saw this as an opportunity to settle the score once and for all. He never meant for anyone to get hurt, but things had spiraled out of control.

Sumona was shocked and horrified by Lokesh's confession. She couldn't believe that someone she had trusted and welcomed into her family could be capable of such a heinous act.

But she knew that she had to take action. She contacted the police and turned Lokesh and Tony in, making sure that they were held accountable for their actions.

It wasn't an easy road, but eventually, justice was served. Lokesh and Tony were both sentenced to life in prison for their roles in Brijesh's death.

Sumona knew that nothing could bring Brijesh back or ease the pain of losing him, but she took comfort in the fact that justice had been served. She vowed to move forward and do her best to take care of Nikita and honor Brijesh's memory.
