To set yourself up for success, prepare to change your child's wake-up time gradually over time. On the first night, for example, set the time to rise at about the same time your kid usually wakes up. Over time, push that time out by 5 or 10 minutes so you are gradually getting closer to your goal wake-up time. It will take patience to give kids the opportunity to adjust, but it will be worth it!

Overall, I give this a 10/10. When she has a room to herself, I’ll have to get another one for her room. It honestly helps both of us sleep by drowning out the dog when she barks downstairs and the noise of annoying and loud cars.
