From the moment we take our first breath until our last, she lives for us, sacrifices for us, cries for us, smiles for us, and finds her happiness in ours. A mother is like the first ray of sunlight at dawn, bringing warmth and brightness into her child’s life. She is like a comforting shade that protects her child from the scorching heat of hardships. She is like the vast ocean, endlessly deep in her affection, always ready to embrace her children in love and care. She never asks for anything in return. Imagine you wake up one Friday morning planning to have a wonderful weekend with a love one, only to receive the sad news that this person passed on last night. What would you do? Yes, this lines may sound familiar to many, especially for mid age adults. At this stage in life, people start loosing parents, siblings, parents in-law, friends, uncles and aunties. For some people it could be a spouse, a partner, and you name it. Such a loss could also be for a dearly beloved pet (a dog, a cat, ...) who brings joy to the family. Love is Love, and it is hard to let go. It is at this point where I say to myself, CRY, SHOUT IT OUT, TAKE A VACCATION, OR DO WHATEVER YOU ENJOY DOING.
