Mother and son

She never knew being a mom could feel and be so amazing, she never knew the true meaning of love at first sight until she felt his tiny little body lying on her, and she saw his little face looking up at her giving her the dirties look ever. She never knew the true meaning of love at first sight until she became a mom. she never knew what it meant to be hurting because your kid did or said something hurtful to you until she became a mom, and her son was doing it to her.

She never knew what the meaning of loving someone more than loving herself. She didn’t know what it meant to have someone always by her side, loving her and cheering her on. Every time she made a mistake or failed at something her son never blamed her. He loved her through it all. He cheered her on, and loved her every time, even when times got hard.

Being a mom meant the world to her. Even when things were hard, when she was ready to give up, and even when she felt like everything, and everyone was against her. She always knew her son would be there to love her. Her son was her whole world and no matter what happened in life she knew he would always be there for her. She knew that he wouldn’t blame her for anything that happened in life.

Her son was watching her, and growing with her, even though she had him at 16 that just meant she got to spend more time with him. It meant that he got to see her become successful, to see her graduate, to better their life. He got to be there for everything she accomplished. He will be there no matter how many times she fails, how many times she starts over again, no matter how many times she falls, and how many tears she sheds, he will always be there watching and learning from her. She will forever cherish the moments he would lie down next to her in her bed and ask her if she was okay as she held him tight and cried. He didn’t understand why she was crying, but he knew that he should be there for her, and he was!

She watched as her son grew up fast, as he got smarter, as he learned new words, as he fell, when he got sick. She often thought she was failing as a mom because she worked day in and day out she felt like she was missing out on the most important things in life, but what she forgot was that he was always sitting next to her helping her no matter what. When he would wake up In the middle of the night and walk into her room he often found her sitting at her laptop working, and even though he was tired he would sit there with her, often laying his head on her lap and fall asleep, she held him tight, and when she went to bed, she picked him up and put him in her bed with him.

When she woke up early to workout he was right there by her side working out with her or watching from the side cheering her on. After she got done working out she laid back down in bed to put him back to sleep because it was too early for him to be awake too. Even when she was working she always made the time to spend with him, and he loved every minute of it.

They grew up together. They loved each other more than words, a mother and son bond that will always be there.
