How Red Light Therapy Saved Me from a Lifetime of Pain

I have always been an active person. I love sports, hiking, biking, and anything that gets me moving. I enjoy challenging myself and pushing my limits. I never thought that one day, I would be crippled by pain.

It all started with a minor injury. I was playing soccer with my friends, and I twisted my ankle. It was nothing serious, I thought. I applied some ice and pain relief lotion, and rested for a few days. But the pain didn’t go away. It got worse.
