There are many ways to determine what might be causing your symptoms. You should start by taking a look at your lifestyle habits and the things that you do on a daily basis.

It is also important to keep track of how your symptoms change when you are in new environments or spend time with certain people. .Many people have a hard time deciding what to do when they feel anxious.

It is important to figure out what you can do at the moment, and then start breaking those into small steps that lead you towards your goal. When feeling anxious it might be hard to get started, but some ideas include:-

writing down your thoughts-keeping a diary of how your anxiety changes throughout the day-

Take deep breaths into your belly
