I love to read. I'm not sure exactly when or how I fell in love with it, but I know that reading has become an important part of my life.
I discovered that with reading, you can learn almost anything. This habit has been a game-changer for me.
In my younger years, I would read any book I could find, especially fiction. Now, in my mid-30s, I focus on reading books that are meaningful and impactful.
Reading isn't easy. It demands your full attention and engagement, unlike watching TV where you can multitask. When you read, you need to use almost all your senses to truly grasp the content.
"Reading is an active activity, requiring your utmost attention," I always say.
George R.R. Martin wrote, "A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only one." This quote resonates deeply with me.
So, how can you read more and get the most out of it?
