Nowadays the education institutions are facing a lot of competition in the educational sector. According to IBEF report about 41,901 colleges and 993 universities in India. And the enrollment rate in higher education is 25.8%. It is difficult to manage educational institutions because of the lack of resources availability and increasing competition. As our Indian government is planned to increase this rate up to 30% by 2020 but it becomes impossible due to COVID-19 epidemic disease.

E-Learning - The educational institution is trying to find out alternatives to reach a high number of students easily with the help of technology. But it becomes impossible for some students to connect due to technical issues. Student faces the problem of missing classes, unclear doubt, and many more. It doesn’t help students with the new ideas they just mug up what is going on. Classroom teaching is an Art to communicate children easily and help the teacher to examine their facial expressions. Technology isn’t that smart for helping teachers to make the mobile phone a classroom. The teachers also suffer the problem with technology as they are not advanced in it. It cannot be a workout for the long term but it is beneficial for the short term courses.

Insufficient fund - During the time of five years plan the expenses on education is decreasing. Because of this many government and private institutions face the problem of infrastructure, libraries, less staff, labs, etc... Do you think identifying this issue is a solution to many problems? People are more focused on the business sector as compared to the education sector. Nowadays education becomes a business for some institutions. Still, there are many institutions were not identified because of the lack of publicity or promotion. They need to be shown on websites or Google Maps so that student can find out the best career option.

Data management - It is the biggest task of every institution. The institution has to maintain the record of each and every student and teacher. The educations institutions incur huge costs in maintain the academic records and face trouble in tracking financial information and bills. Due to insufficient information provided by teachers and students the management has to delay their works. Still, there are many institution hubs are using paperwork which is much time-consuming. This system delayed in tracking information about the staff and students. Is technology going to replace this work? Or good management helps to solve this problem? As the admission forms or other details of the students are primarily recorded on the papers only. Afterward, it is recorded in another medium. The institution tried out to find a better solution to solve the problem.

Brain drain- Students are trying to find out good opportunities in other countries. They are looking for an international institution rather than preferring Indian institutions for their higher studies. They like to prefer quality learning rather than quantity learning. Because practical knowledge plays a very important role in higher education. Indian is lacking while using new teaching styles and outdated course which is equal to wasting the student’s time. Students must consider the important parameters before taking any decision about their careers. Students are unaware of the best scholarship availability in Indian institutions.

Quota system - Due to reservation in the educational institutions, deserving candidates get ignored. Reservation must be given to those who really needed not for enjoyment purposes. People who are really well are left over due to this system. In fact, good teachers belong to a general category not get recruited. Educational institutes suffer huge losses due to this system. Instead of this government will support by offering the scholarship, discounts and many more, so the people who really need they can avail it. This is beneficial for both students and institutions.

Admission process – it is the mission of every educational institute. At the starting of the new session institution struggling for new enrolments. Children are moving toward central university skipping the good colleges and state universities. Parents and children face many difficulties in deciding the college due to a lack of knowledge. Do you think there is a requirement of connection between both of them which makes an admission process easy and fast? There is a need for proper guidance about the good institution in order to cope up with the problem and student avails good opportunities.

Lack of faculty- It is very important that the teacher must be accepted rather than teaching accepted. It is a very difficult task for the institution to track the activities of the teachers. The main problem faced by the government and private institutions is the lack of skilled and unqualified teachers. Many professors are not focuses on the student’s development they just focus on their own development. It is a known reality that when people don't found any job the last option left in front of people is teaching only. Does such type of teaching is effective for the children? In the rural area, it is found that the continuing absence of teachers in government schools, false attendance, and many such malpractices by the teachers. Is this gives the better results for the growth of the nation? This results in the lack of skilled and knowledgeable students in many fields. The low standard of education in our country arisen the huge gap between our country and other countries.
