Some Health Benefits Of Frequent Sex

It Helps The Mental and Physical Health

“Forget health clinics and gyms. Sex is the best cure. One good night of sex and your problems are gone.” ~ Grace Jones

Sex is not the cure for all problems in a relationship, but it sure can help make it better. Sex is one of the best things in life and it’s even better when you’re having it with someone you love. Are there benefits to sex other than being connected emotionally and physically with your partner?

Let’s talk about some other benefits of having a healthy sex life. Sex is a great way to strengthen your relationship. Sharing your body with someone else can be a powerful experience that brings you closer together. It also releases endorphins, which are chemicals that make you feel happy.

Who in the world can’t benefit from being happier? Sex also helps relieve stress and anxiety about work or other problems in life — and if nothing else, it’s just fun!

There are many benefits of sex for men and women. Sex is a natural part of human life, and it can have several positive effects on the body. Some of these benefits include:

Reduced Stress

Sex has been shown to be effective in lower stress levels. This is due to the release of oxytocin, which gives feelings of relaxation and satisfaction.

Improved Sleep Patterns

Sex can help you fall asleep faster and improve your quality of sleep. This happens because after having sex, your body releases endorphins which makes you feel calm and relaxed.

Improved Heart Health

Having sex regularly can reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and triglycerides. I didn’t find out until after I had to have open heart surgery. Take it from one who’s been under the knife, more sex is definitely good for the heart.

“One of the most amazing abilities of sexuality is to momentarily transcend the borders of Self into something that is no longer defined by physical property and that is utterly unique. It’s really what many call a religious experience.” ~ Esther Perel

According to research published in the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, people who have sex once a week or more have a lower risk of death from all causes.

Sex Helps You Lose Weight

If done properly, which it should be, is a form of exercise. This is a result of an increase in testosterone, which burns fat and increases muscle mass.

Sex Reduces Stress

A study published in Social Science & Medicine found that the hormones oxytocin and prolactin released during orgasm have anti-anxiety benefits. I know it makes me feel more relaxed and calm.

Sex is a very important part of our lives, and as I tell people all the time, “I help people have more sex and better sex.” However, many couples claim they can’t find the time to have sex regularly. How can you find the time?

In many cases, it’s about planning. When I say planning, I mean planning the time and place. For instance, you plan to have sex a couple of times a week after you put the kids to bed. Stick to that plan. However, the actual act is not all planned out.

Keep in mind, sex is also about being spontaneous and exploring your sensual side with one another. I’m not saying some things shouldn’t be discussed. Each one of you has to know your sexual limits. Some people don’t like oral sex (I don’t understand that) but some people don’t.

If one of you doesn’t like that, maybe you can have a discussion and see if you can explore oral sex on certain occasions. Overall though, every detail about the sexual experience shouldn’t be planned. Have fun with one another. After all, it’s good for your relationship and for your overall health.
