First and foremost working at home is a full-time endeavor. Do not get taken in by the fast cash short hours hype that is pushed. Don't quit your day job either. You will need 2 to 8 hrs a day working on this to succeed.

You will need to sign up for and keep records of many affiliate sites. Each has its own pay structure. Not all of them pay in cash. Some offer gift cards instead.

Now I could mention at this point that this site or that site has a great pay structure or is the better affiliate program to use. By doing so I would be no better off than all these gurus on affiliate marketing.

Then I would have to fit in a sob story on how I used to have such a hard life or had an addiction of some kind. How getting into affiliate marketing, changed my life forever. Oh, don't forget getting married and having kids. How I am giving you all this information for free, so you don't have to make the same mistakes I did. This will all lead up to, signing up for my course on showing you the right way of doing this.

This is the same structure they all use in one way or another. At that time they will either present a few options each leading to a talk with this person live so they can hype the course more or a salesperson to close the deal. All long they will be tossing out all these huge numbers on what this would normally cost you. What each part of the materials would cost you, to do this all on your own. So now instead of you spending 20 thousand dollars or more, they are going to give you a price break, say 30 percent off, but don't forget they are also going to show you or make available the software they use to make it even easier. Now an even bigger discount.

Eventually, they will give you a price that they believe is affordable. might be 699$ upwards of 2569$ for a limited time or till a limited amount of people have bought it. The cost isn't over yet.

Now that you have bought the course they tell you the best software they use and you can even get it at a discount by buying it through them. These are all marketing strategies they are using on you. Now that you bought the course you really don't feel like failing at it so by the software. Most of which are under their affiliate sign-up.

Yes, I know they showed you all these great financial statements on what they earned. Not one of them says it is from this affiliate or that one. Most are from the courses you just bought. Most of the time all you have gained is a great story about their growing up and becoming what they have become.

Many times the dates and pictures of their families do not fit in with the timeline they have given you. Many of them are living out of the country. They do this because it is way cheaper. Your 1000$ in their pocket could be worth 10k plus where they are at. Tax laws and other things make it way easier on them also.

To be fair you will get some good advice from these courses. You can also find all same advice for free will just take you a little longer to find it.

Unless you are rich or have a lot of money sitting aside for this, you will still have to be putting in as much time as you can running this business.

If you have the money and time and patience, yes you can hire a whole team of people to run this all for you. Yes, this will give you a lot of freedom. You will see that their 15k month of what they made, in reality, was only a few thousand dollars after all the bills got paid.

So folks you are paying for the convenience of saving time on looking up how to market, sell and use the software that they have chosen for you.

So make up your own course and sell it. That is where the big money is coming from. Selling something you made.

Is there money in affiliate marketing? Well yes, there is.

Learn to do it well on how it works best for you. Learn about sales funnels and landing pages. Learn how to get and create seller lists for email marketing. Learn how to write a blog or make a vlog.

Do Not think this is only usable for affiliate marketing. You can use all these same techniques for selling online for almost any product. Your Shopify store, or your eBay store, or maybe that brand new book you just published.

I hope you listened to everything in their course and set up multiple lines of income. In the long run, this will pay off.

As I said long run, unless you have money buy shortcuts up front.

You need great social media accounts on many platforms. Software that allows you to post to several of these places at once unless you start all manually. Many of us have to start all manually because we do not have the money in the first place to pay for half of this.

It is very time-consuming. But if done right and worked on yes you can make a living at it. Eventually, you can make enough to buy all that software. This will shorten your work days or allow for an increase in what you are doing it. Which then allows you to make more money and possibly hire one or more people to run it all for you.

Here comes the great part if you bought into all of this from one of the gurus and still failed. You also gave them all your marketing information so they can sell you the next better course, or one of their other quick learning courses.

You will never find one of these people that will give you everything for free to teach you how to do this right. You might as well have gone back to school and learned marketing and advertising, with some business courses all on the internet or e-commerce platforms.

All these gurus rely on the fact most people these days will not be dedicated enough to follow through on things, and always looking for the next better thing to make it big. That you do not have the finances to follow it through so have to give up till you have more money. Discouraged you buy a different course. Many are not disciplined enough to work on everything every day as needed without having a boss telling them what to do next.

Overcome all this and become disciplined. You will succeed. Find the right people to fulfill the roles you learned to run the great business you built. Communicate with them and make them feel wanted and part of something larger. They will stay loyal and make you lots of money in the future, giving you the time you wanted to have the freedom to do what you want.
