Question

What do religious scholars and Mufti Sharia Mateen say about the fact that Zayed works in an infidel restaurant in Italy, he is responsible for food delivery, in this restaurant all kinds of halal and haram meat are cooked and those who There are Muslims and infidels among them who have to deliver. Zaid's job is only to pick up the packed box from there and deliver it to the desired house. Sometimes he knows that the pack contains something containing alcohol or forbidden meat, but often he does not even know what is in it, so is it permissible for Zaid to do this job?

In the name of Allah, the Merciful

Al-Jawaab with the help of the King, the Wahhab of Allah, the Guide to the Truth and the Answer

In the asked case, Zayed's doing this job is unlawful and sinful. The reason is that it is not permissible for a Muslim to eat and drink those things, not only for Muslims, but also for non-Muslims to eat and drink. Providing forbidden things for drinking is definitely aiding in sin and Allah AlmightyIt is forbidden to cooperate in sin. Also, when Zayed knows that this restaurant has to deliver Halal as well as Haram items, that alone is enough to invalidate the act, it is not necessary to know about each package separately.

Providing prohibited items for food and drink to Muslims and non-Muslims is cooperation in sin, and cooperation in sin is not permissible. Allah, the Exalted, says in the Holy Qur'an: And do not help each other in sin and transgression, and fear Allah, surely Allah is severe in punishment.

(Paragraph 6, Surat al-Maidah, verse 2)

In the Holy Hadith, ten persons related to alcohol have been cursed. Thus, it is in Jami Tirmidhi: “The curse of the Messenger of Allah, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, is for wine: Asrha, Matisrah, Sharabha, Hamilha, Mahmoola Ilya, Saqiha, Waikha, Waakal Tamanha, Mushtari Laha, Wal Mishtraat Lah.” Translation: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said ten Cursed are the servants who extract the syrup for wine. The one who brings out the juice, the one who drinks the wine, the one who carries it, the one who is brought to him, the one who drinks the wine, the one who sells it, the one who eats its price, the one who buys and the one for whom it is bought. "

(Jami-Tirmidhi, Chapters of Al-Bayu, Volume 1, Page 242, Published in Karachi)

Sidi Aala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (A.S.) says: "Making, making, touching, carrying, keeping, keeping, selling, selling, buying, giving away alcohol is haram, haram, haram, and the job in which this work or taking care of alcohol, Its prices have to be calculated, all of them are impermissible according to Sharia law. Allah Ta'ala said: ) And do not help in the wrongdoing and the aggression.''

(Fatawi Razaviya, Volume 23, Pages 566, 565, Raza Foundation, Lahore)

The infidels are also liable for the duties. Thus, it is in Badi’ al-Sina’i: “The sanctity of wine and pigs is established in their rights, and it is established in the rights of Muslims, because those who address the prohibitions are the right ones among the people.” Translation: The sanctity of wine and pigs is established in the same way for non-Muslims. Just as it is proven in favor of Muslims, because they are also obliged to observe mahrams and that's itAccording to the people of principle, it is right."

(Badi' al-Sana'i, Kitab al-Seer, Volume 6, Page 83, Published Quetta)

The Fatawi is in Razaviyyah: "It is true that the disbelievers are also bound by obligations." "

(Fatawi Razaviya, Volume 16, Page 382, Raza Foundation, Lahore)

The guidance regarding giving alcohol to the disbelievers is in the Sharif: “Wila in Yasqi Dhimmia Wila in Yasqi Sabya Lalitdawi Walobal Ali Min Saqqah” Translation: It is not permissible to give wine to a Dhimmi and a child for medicine, and to give it to him. It will be on the wall."

(Al-Hadayah, Kitab al-Ashrabah, Volume 4, Page 503, Peshawar Printed)

Sadr Shariah Maulana Mufti Muhammad Amjad Ali Azmi (A.S.) says: "It is also forbidden to give alcohol to an infidel or a child, even if it is given as a treatment and the sin is the responsibility of the one who feeds it. Some Muslims invite the British and also give them alcohol." They are sinners, the scourge of this drinking is upon them."

(Bahar Shariat, Volume 3, Page 672, Maktab Al Madinah, Karachi)

And regarding the employment of illegal work, there is in the Musawa al-Fiqhiyyah al-Quyita: “Itifaqwa Ali anh la yajoz for a Muslim in yojr nafsa for an infidel to act la yajoz la faila kaasr al-khamr wa ra’i al-khanazir wa ma’ashba zalik.” Translation: The jurists are in agreement on this. It is not permissible for a Muslim to be hired by an infidel for such workNot permitted by the Shari'ah, such as pressing wine (for grapes), grazing pigs and other such unlawful acts."

(Musua Faqih Kuwait, Volume 19, Page 45, Printed Kuwait)

Sadr al-Sharia Maulana Mufti Muhammad Amjad Ali Azmi (peace be upon him) was asked that two Muslims were employed in a hotel that cooked pork and also cooked all kinds of meat. The task of one of these two was to pick up the covered stirrup and give it to the other Muslim and the other to put it on the table, but both of them did not know what was in the covered stirrup, so what is the ruling in favor of them both? ? So he replied: "While it was known that the meat of pigs in this hotelCooks and it was the job of both of them to deliver the food to the table, so they didn't want a job in such a hotel, repent and join the community. It is in the hadith: "Al-Ta'ib min al-Zunb, Kaman La Zunb Lah."

(Fatawi Amjadiya, Volume 3, Pages 270-271, Darul Uloom Amjadiya, Karachi)

And Allah knows, and His Messenger knows, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
