What will the world be like after the sudden disappearance of human beings?

What civilization has created remains on Earth

We often discuss what the world will be like when humans become extinct, we may not be able to continue civilization for a variety of reasons, but the fruits of civilization remain on Earth.

If the human race is slowly declining little by little before finally disappearing, then the world may be disintegrating little by little with the whole process.

But has it ever occurred to you that if humans were to suddenly disappear, just like the dinosaurs more than 60 million years ago, because a planet hit the earth and went extinct in a very short period, then what kind of change would happen to the world?

After the disappearance of mankind

First of all, a direct effect of the disappearance of mankind is the cessation of production, especially the heavy industry production that determines the economic lifeline of society, including the core of various power supplies, perhaps the fuel prepared after this will continue to burn for a while, but not long after that will be completely burned out.

At that time, the majority of factories will completely stop operating, and the city supply system will also close the floodgates, the world will fall into a large area of darkness because the power plant is no longer able to continue to provide electricity.

Of course, there may be some special power supply facilities, such as solar energy, wind power, etc., but these devices are also in need of timely maintenance and renewal to be able to work properly, and in a few years will also be shut down.

In addition, large nuclear power plants in various countries and regions of the world will automatically complete safety precautions and shut down high-risk reactors, which, of course, no longer make sense for humans.

From a more microscopic point of view, many changes will occur in cities, for example, the most basic operational systems will fail one after another, and the subway may be completely flooded because its pumps are no longer able to regulate water properly.

Animals living on farms and ranches or in people's homes will face the danger of starvation, because they have no way to enter the natural environment to survive, and no way to escape from the space they are in, and even if they manage to leave, they may not be able to survive for a long time.

The disappearance of humans is a huge change for the entire ecosystem, which will inevitably bring disruption to the food chain, they may face a large number of natural predators, or simply can not find what they can eat.

Moreover, most cats and dogs have been used to a domesticated and bred life, so it is difficult to adapt to the wild environment, as long as they meet a few more powerful wild animals, the outcome is to become the prey of other wild animals.

At the same time, the rats and cockroaches dependent on human production life will experience a big change, first of all, the disappearance of humans means that they can enjoy the city's supplies with impunity, but because there is no one to continue to produce and supply.

So after eating this meal, they will have no new food, and soon after, may go into decline, in the process, the city will also face a terrible sight, that is, because the human can no longer continue to maintain the normal operation of the city, so the entire city will experience an unbearable change in the appearance of people.

For example, the decay of a large amount of food will lead to various places and spaces filled with a pungent smell, and will also produce a variety of chemical reactions, bringing some corrosive substances, and accelerating the destruction of urban infrastructure.

The disappearing city

Soon, other animals in the natural environment will slowly invade the city, at first some small wild animals around the city, as time goes on, the city will become a new jungle, where you can see any of the animals once seen in the wild documentary.

Of course, they will not stay here for a long time, because the city's steel and concrete are not the ideal living space, and rotting food scraps are not able to fill their stomachs, the biggest possibility here this is going to become a fighting arena for wild animals to kill each other until no more animals stay.

In addition to animals, the invasion of plants is also an inevitable thing that will happen, the original city can be maintained in a neat state because of the care of people, now there is no human, how plants want to expand no one will care, the highway will also begin to grow all kinds of weeds.

After a while, the city will look like an old abandoned village, a paradise for plants, and if people can come back here again, I'm afraid they won't be able to tell which road is leading to where.

Of course, from the point of view of natural environmental protection, this is a good thing. Without human beings, the pollution from industrial emissions will stop, and the large growth of plants can clean the air to a great extent.

Perhaps by that time, there will be no more haze in the world, and most places will have formed a good ecological condition by self-adjustment, except for the harsh environment formed by natural climate influence.

The human footprint is thus submerged little by little, but many things will not disappear in a short time and can be preserved for a very long time, for example, because of the plastic products produced by industry.

We all know that most plastic products are not able to be degraded naturally, once humans disappear, they will go into the ground or even inside the sea with the process of a material change, and it will take a very, very long time before they can disappear completely.

In addition, the probability of human fossil bones will be preserved like the dinosaurs, and after a few million years, if there is a new Earth civilization, perhaps also be able to and we left these remains among the recovery of that history.

Of course, another possibility is that everything about human civilization, perhaps will become a silent history from now on, there will be no more people understanding the day.
